It’s a lot better than what we had before. The customer service used to be a lot better. now they just want you to watch a video and figure it out yourself. Ratings Breakdown 3 Ease of use 4 Value for money 1 Customer support 4 Functionality Pros: When we first joined, there was a lot of customer service and you could talk to a real person and they were so very helpful. And using RoverPass, we didn’t have to book my phone using our Square credit card application. We get less calls now which is very helpful. Cons: When tents book on the system, they have to tell and explain how big their RV camper is they have no RV camper so it doesn’t make any sense Why tents have to do this. Also everything to do with customer service is videos and online and you cannot talk to a person when you have problems. somewhere on our side. It says that we have electric. We have never had electric. I did not set it up that way, but it’s there somewhere because people tell me all the time. Also customers get a message saying that if they’re not there by 5 PM that they must call so they are always calling and they can come later than this, but I cannot figure out how to change this. I would rather it say 9 PM or nothing at all people say there’s no cabins and then they think there’s something wrong but in reality, the cabins are all booked. If it would just said the cabins are booked and not totally missing people wouldn’t be calling. We are in the middle of evaluating Maybe using a different service because there’s so many problems and people are always complaining. Getting hold of a person at Rover passes impossible. they don’t wanna talk to you. One more thing the emails that you get that tell you that there has been a booking. It would be really nice if it had the campsite number and how much they paid. I see very limited information if it had that I would not have to open up the website and try to find it.
