The system is so buggy, the quality of their software is bad, the interphase is not intuitive and is old. Their customer support most of the time have no clue how to help you because they run into the same issue you do, and they have to escalate to development. Cons: I know it’s probably a safety measure, however it can be hard to know exactly the location you’re booking without having the address or street number. Property’s can also be misleading and appear better in the listing than in real life. I would also like to be able to search for properties based on key words that are not included in the ‘filters’. However, they are so popular it's impossible to not use them. The guest quality is usually great, but Vrbo charges the hosts a lot more than competitor platforms, their website is slow/laggy, and their mobile app is next to useless. Luckily it integrates with property management software, so I can use it as a third party tool.
