Also if any of our techs forget to scan a drug in and we don’t realize until later we have to then transfer that drug to the satellite office, scan the drug, and then go back to change the date.

And I love the fact that at the end of the day I can see how many of what products I have sold. So yes I am happy with the program it just needs to be alittle bit more user friendly.

Some users may have a hard time understanding it at first, I think.

It is very accurate with keeping track of Lot# and Expiration dates and cost; even if the price changes. I can customize it for me and is very user friendly.

There is no integration to Netsmart as promised. Finding inventory after it has been uploaded using the search function is difficult and impossible at times.

Chronometriq was easy to set-up and integrate into our EMR. Support is fast and efficient when we need it and it was easy to implement into our systems and processes.

Once set up, the SMS reminders don't require any action on our part and have been very reliable. We like the fact that patients can confirm or cancel their appointments by text.

We actually stopped using as it was not worth the headache. Also I was under the impression we could use different options per providers to contact patients with appt reminder.

It have been a great partnership and the Pomelo team has been very supportive and responsive.

When someone cancels appointment, it deletes from EMR software. Would prefer it kept appt in my system but said cancelled; this way less change someone is lost to follow up.

I like the option of online booking as it helped us in decreasing our incoming phone call loads. It's very user friendly and has variety of options.
