Sometimes new users have a very hard time figuring it out.

Especially from outside the industry. I didn't think it was too difficult, but some users seem to have a harder time than others.

I found the service to have quick responses and very helpful, they offer great webinars to industry professionals, and many other suggestions to increase your business.

I love all the different options to completely customize what goes where in the space. Dimensions are entered in true to scale.

The options for making detailed floorplans to scale and having a 3D rendition makes our business look more professional and ease of setup with our staff.

It is easy to use, has a robust library of industry standard event items such as tables, chairs and furniture, and allows me to export my creations easily.

AllSeated makes it very easy to create a custom events layout, including options to upload your own background and drop in common items, like tables of a certain size.

It's a resource I can use and offer my clients for the digital floor plans but also to keep track of guests lists, which tends to be a significant pain point for them.

I am overall extremely satisfied with All Seated. It is a wonderful program that allows me to provide my clients with exceptional events.

I am not sure if there is a reason behind that or if it is just by chance it got lost or went to spam. I am not sure, but just wanted to throw that in there too.

Even leaving notes about orders that you couldn't later update would get irritating for the small space provided.

As I mentioned above, I have been told these problems have been corrected.

The program, for the money, delivers a fantastic product.

Not only was it user friendly but it serves as a wonderful data source.

My overall experience has far exceeded my expectations. I have never under any circumstances had the level of attentive and courteous online customer service like I have received from ThunderTix.

Unable to use packages and the shopping cart feature. With multiple packages, we have to run multiple charges for a customer, can raise concern.

I appreciate the advanced and at-the-door reserved seating, easy-print guest lists for ushers, integration with MailChimp, the no-fee Braintree gateway and the post-event email survey.

I did find it difficult to purchase tickets on different nights to be tricky.
