Need to be in more countries
That software was make the time very valuable and save me a lot of time to find and organize a suitable places.
PROSThis software is make your life easy specially if you have to manage some meeting with your customer and you do not have the enough time to check everywhere.

Finally our meeting rooms bookable online!
The team is amazing to work with. Rep is actively supporting us taking the new business in. Tech team is always willing to listen the ideas we have. Even though the partnership is much about tech in the end all comes down to people. MeetingPackage.com team is a great partner for us boosting our MICE sales and improving our processes.
PROSBeautiful integration with our reservation system in order to allow real-time online bookings with connectivity to our booking system. The booking engine has provided great added value for our frequent meeting bookers using our facilities.
CONSWe integrated the system with our reservation system and the only thing that bugged me was the length of the project which take quite long. MeetingPackage.com team was very eager and on top of things so can't blame them for the delay. Hope all software providers would be as co-operative to make their partners wishes come true.

My experience with Meetingackage
We are giving our clients a seamless way to get a instant quote, which i and our clients love!
PROSI love it that one person can control multiple properties from a central point. You can create package and add value adds to the packages and display that on the quotation for the clients
CONSIf you are admin of a hotel your details are sent to the customer, I don't think this is right. As we need to control everything from a head office perspective and then the wrong contact details are given to the customer

A great platform and Sales & Marketing tool which keeps developing every day
We are now available for the foreign market. We have the possibilities to reach more potential customers and make the venue booking as simple as it is when booking a room for accommodation.
PROSIt's customer (potential venue booker) and sale friendly platform. The user interface is great and they keep developing it to make the venue booking as simple as possible and quick. When you want to have the booking engine integrated to your website, it is really easy and you can customize it to meet the design of you site. The service side is also top notch. Fast replies, always there for you and if you have any ideas how to make the platform better - you are always heard. It also gives us a great marketing tool for the foreign markets.
CONSIt's important to have it in the local language to reach the local market. However it needs some improvement on that side, as some languages need different solutions and can't be used with the structure that the English version is using.

CONSNo major hick-ups. Learning new skills of course takes a bit time from the organisation.
