ThunderTix Pricing

Plans are based on a per ticket basis. Plans range from $1/ticket to $1.75/ticket, depending on the plan. $20 monthly minimum for General Admission, includes 20 tickets per month. $25 monthly minimum for Reserved Seating, includes 20 tickets per month. $175 monthly minimum for Enterprise, includes 100 tickets per month.

Best in the Business

We have been with ThunderTix for over a decade and we wouldn't think of even considering going anywhere else. From the beginning ThunderTix always gave us the best return on investment. The system is so easy to use from both the managing side as well as from the consumer side. Their customer service is "top notch"! In the unlikely event you encounter issues with the system, they are extremely quick to respond to emails and calls. Our theatre would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Customer Service. Lost costs. Openly request ideas from their clients to improve the system. Extremely easy to use.

Crash, Boom, Bang! ThunderTix Makes Noise!

For the value, we have found this to be superior for our use. We are very happy so far. On March 14th, our first event goes live. We have tested, tested, and tested. If the system holds up, we will have exactly what we expected...........a great solution for our ticketing.

PROS

TTix was one of many ticketing packages that we researched. It was mid-range priced, had a very nice cross platform web based interface. We especially found that the product was easy to use, and when needed, video tutorials were provided. They also have a robust help forum, and a support ticket system that is quick and helpful. They also offer a paid top tier support package that we did not choose. We also liked their pricing structure that allows you to move to a maintenance status for "off times". Lastly, we found that the integration with our current STRIPE account was seamless.

CONS

The added costs made us hesitate a bit. For example, reserved seating is a must for our venue. In this package, you must have them create the seating chart for you (at cost). There is a bit of a delay in this process, and other competitors allow you to create your own charts. They also charge for adding Thermal ticket printing. We found that odd but ultimately decided not to offer Thermal ticketing. There is also added costs for using their email marketing.

We realize that there are folks that might want to create the charts on their own, and one day we hope to offer that. Our design team is phenomenal, and they talk through the presentations with our clients to ensure we've covered every detail before ticket sales begin. Most of our clients appreciate that hand-holding, but we certainly can look at a self-serve model. The self-serve model will be coming for thermal tickets, so should you decide to add that, you can avail yourself of our designer. (You can design eTickets now.) Horrible horrible

I had thundertix do event seating for my nutcracker ballet . You seriously can not talk to anyone if you have a problem . I had to take it off my website because so many people called me having trouble actually completing purchases . I asked thundertix to look into it and they kept saying that things were working out just fine . I have actual emails , voicemails and video footage of how it really didn't work . They also would not give me a refund for the time I actually couldn't use it . I would be happy to show anyone this .

We offer support by email for our first two tiers (included with your plan), while other tiers additionally include phone support, which we extended to you gratis. I was relieved to see that you virtually sold out all of your Nutcracker performances, although an upgrade to our reserved seating created some challenges selling a handful of seats for a short period of time. We would appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to you, whether it be through the credit we offered previously, or through another course of action. ThunderTix is simply the best

ThunderTix has done everything we needed a ticketing platform to- and then some. When we discover something that we would like to see integrated, ThunderTix is easy to work with and almost always is able to find a solution or addition to their program. Customer service is always a pleasant experience, fast, helpful.

Ease of use- both by myself the business owner, and also by the patrons purchasing tickets. Social/Google Integrations for advertising

CONS

Applying different prices to multiple areas of seating at once- but that has been remedied.

ThunderTix was very clean; fees were low; no contract; ease of use; talking with a representative made deciding on this platform very easy

Customers were not happy with the process of using that platform; social integrations did not exist for marketing; platform was clunky and outdated
