-   I love the fact that once I purchase this system, I own the software and can continue to use it without paying a monthly fee other than for Avimark support.
    
-   Reminders were confusing, they could be manually altered creating issues

-   Good older program - needs to be upgraded to be more efficient and time sensitive for the fast pace of veterinary operations
    
-   No upgrades- never had customer service when there were issues - we could go days of it not working correctly in our clinic with no call backs
