Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • So easy to use, great to learn on, great for first time users. Love how there are so many ways to do different tasks, makes it even easier

  • It's easy to pick up, main functionality is very logical. The customer support is top notch. Love the chat option for support.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes customer service can be rough to deal with. Other times it can be very helpful though.

  • The program can be a bit overwhelming at first but once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, works great and fantastic customer service. And being able to open patient records from our phones or tablets has been a plus for us.

  • This software is really great. It is easy to use for all of our staff. The best part about it is that we can use it while being anywhere due to being mobile.

  • Cons

  • Due to the software being relatively new on the market, it still has some kinks to work out, but the support team is great!

  • A few features are a bit clunky - seems to take too many clicks to do what you need to do, but the developers are constantly improving those features.
