We have a large, 2 site privately owned general practice with 7 vets + physical rehab a cat wing. Our types and lengths of appointments, provider customizations, and clinic preferences are vast and ChckVet handles them no problem. Onboarding was truly easy and enjoyable for such a robust service, and the ChckVet team is responsive and solutions-oriented. The software integrates within our website and is speedy and intuitive. The ezyVet integration is truly a game-changer. Monthly cost is lower than their competitors for a better product. Highly recommend and will continue to use ChckVet. Cons: Occasionally a booking glitch, but usually related to the parameters we set up not functioning exactly as we planned, and usually easy to fix. A platform that is functional and affordable! 5 We've sampled just about EVERY communications platform there is for veterinary medicine and they either didn't function the way we needed them to, they were more directed towards human medicine, or they were extremely overpriced. When we sampled ChckVet (ChckUp), we were really impressed! Once we finally got everything set up the way we wanted it, we've loved it! There have been a few things we asked them to implement and they did it very quickly! The customer service is great and they're very easy to work with. We highly recommend ChckVet! Cons: There really isn't anything that stands out as a point of diffuclty, and I've worked with many software systems over my 17 year vet med career. The only thing I wish it did was allow for grouping messages to be handled by specific groups. Reasons for choosing Chckup The pricing at Chckup was substantially lower than Otto. We had issues with Otto's payment integration as well. Overall, Chckup was a better fit for our tech savvy practice.
