We like how easy it is to make and create medical notes. The reference lab and the telemedicine integration are quite good.

Buggy, slow, and if I could give customer support a negative review I would. Our hospital has lost literally thousands of hours to trying to Macgyver this junk into working.

I like the appointment book as it is easy to read and organize. I like the ability to email records, notes, and forms to clients.

Since I am not on management side I can not determine if this software error or user. Management is always confused.

In general Cornerstone is just a cumbersome software with a lot of inefficiency which is very annoying for ER work.

I've used several practice management software systems and while none of them are perfect for everyone, Idexx has the ability to invest in it's technology and continue to make improvements.

Easy to use and navigate through, for people who have never used it before, easy to learn and get comfortable with.

Ease of use for everyone in the practice. I like how things are laid out and that everything has a nice order to it.

Love that is also merges with Cornerstone timeclock for payroll.

There are so many ways to do the same thing you find that no two staff members are doing it the same way - difficult for training/SOP's.

We enjoy how many third party companies we are starting to use are also integrated with Cornerstone.

Some features are not user mistake friendly, it is often difficult to correct redo problems as they arrive.

This is a great program that we've utilized for 20 years. Would love to see some improvements, but overall happy with it.

D appropriately trained on how to use Cornerstone, it could be a fantastic program but it is challenging in its current form.

It is a robust software package with good integration with other Idexx offerings. The integration increases the value of each service offering.

The Boarding Module is outdated and disjointed. It does not fully integrate into CStone, in my opinion.

What I like the most about this incredible software is the easy to use guidelines. Makes running a veterinary practice easier.

The poor compatibility with Idexx Digital Radiography is one of the most frustrating things I've ever had to deal with in practice.

There is no excuse in this day and age for software this bad.

The lack of wellness plan offerings. We had to write it in ourselves which lead to many missed charges and extra discounts given since it wasn't automatic.

Hoping they will be able to stay relevant and take this to a cloud platform. We have been very happy with this for the past 11 years.

I have loved the amount of information I can use from the software and the support (albeit paid for) is excellent.

Being server-based hampered our business in the 21st century. The software is fine for smaller hospitals who don't require a lot of updated features.

Reduced missed charges, more efficient-in every aspect from kennel to doctor to CSR, all the information we need is right in one place.

Customer service is amazing. If you are having issues doing something they help you right away and are always friendly.

Overall I have been happy. Have used several PM software and find they all have things that I love and don't love.

The price is higher than other programs, and remote access is limited.

Customer support was always very helpful any time there was an issue but lack of wellness plan implementation inspired us to switch.

So if 2 people are writing exam notes on the same patient, the one who opened it second will have everything disappear when it is reopened.

Cornerstone is a solid product. It has a few drawbacks but its a pretty good top contender in the Practice Management Software category.

Their customer support is fantastic. They are available by phone, cornerstone chat, and you can allow them remote access into the system to resolve issues and do quick visual training.

Overall improvement of charge capture and inventory management. This has resulted in inreased revenue.

I have had a great experience. Again, it is so easy to use and to track patient activity on.

Periodically there will be an odd malfunction. The most recent one was due to a software update.

There has been a feature request for this since before we changed software and I do not feel that it would be hard to implement.

Overall our experience has been very positive. They were upfront about the work that would be involved in making the transition and were supportive of our team.

The support staff from when we put in tickets have been supportive and have addressed and mostly resolved concerns that we may have  found.

EzyVet is very customizable and user friendly. There are multiple functions and it integrates with a lot of other platforms, including Zoom for Telemedicine.

Inability to copy puppy profile. SEARCH ENGINE - the more data one supplies the more data is displayed - it should be the opposite.

The launch went so well this week and customer service  were amazing. I can see now why the training costs what it does it's worth every penny.

A year later it would be fine. I do love the program now that I am feeling more confident using it, we literally discover new things we can do on it or ways of doing things differently every week.

Always have great experiences when working with the support team. Our practice has been able to continue to grow in part due to the continued advancements that ezyVet is constantly making.

Support has been terrific and our questions are answered quickly and they always make sure we have the answer we need.

Easy to access, easy to use, helps streamline communication and make both the Client and Team experience seamless.

We have really enjoyed the software and feel its just only going to get better.

The customer service  All Stars are a joy to work with and very quickly address any questions I have.

The software is easy to use. New employees are quick to catch on how to use it.

I am very pleased with the transition and feel that we made a great choice switching from IntraVet.

The support team is very accessible and happy to answer our questions. I've been able to integrate with almost all the third parties I could with my old software.

I enjoy learning how to use new software and I found this to be user-friendly and relatively simple to navigate for the tasks I needed to tackle.

The experience now is that we have a great system that fulfills our needs and then some, more industry partners are integrating with ezyvet and it will be better when more join.

Some great features such as integration. Has everything one would need for a paperless practice.

EzyVet works well, with good acceptance and use by staff, the integration with xero is great and provides significant analysis if required.

I really like the reliability of the product. We used to restart our servers daily.

Love the software and for 4 locations it’s super easy to schedule appointments and communication with client is readily available.

The transition from our other software was quick and easy. Best decision our practice ever made.

There was some confusion and disruption in the initial transition to ezyVet, but this was almost entirely due to a lack of preparedness on our (hospital) part, and not the fault of the ezyVet team.

What I love most about Ezyvet is that is so easy. Once you get to know your navigation it all makes sense.

Incredibly easy to use compared to all other EMR systems I've seen.

However, they fixed the problem and the malfunction is gone. Although overall very powerful there are a few small  features that are missing.

I love the ease of use the most with this software. It is so user friendly to people who are not good with computers.

Making the transition from Cornerstone has been difficult for staff because of the new aspect of determining at what level communications should be housed.

The integration with Smartflow helps facilitate timely treatments.

I and the warning when you have more than 11 open at a time. But in order to get to print vaccine history, I have to click open at least 5 tabs.

The ease of use once you are familiar with the product, as well as the constant updates to better the product.

Ezyvet allowed us to make specific prices for those days only, and track the data so that we could improve at the next clinic. Ezyvet is adaptable to our nee.

Some things are confusing to navigate and hard to find. You have to complete a couple steps in order for something to work properly.

Xero integration has meant improved financial reporting and profit. The reminder system is fantastic and reduces staff time and costs.

From a clinical perspective, ezyVet allowed my team to become more efficient and increase revenue due to better charge capture.
