This software is SO easy to use, yet still comes with all of the features that our clinic was looking for.

We are still working on the workflow for our practice, but overall it is very easy for new team members to learn, and a relatively smooth switch from paper charts to paperless.

We needed medical records and a system that would download line item detail into Quickbooks so that we could stop doing double entry. We love that Vetter allows for MWI and Abaxis integration.

I was absolutely amazed at how good the customer service is, as they quickly responded all our emails, or calls with answers to all our questions.

I refused to pay for these as it cost me clients. I finally asked for my data in a disc format,they held my data hostage for 10 mos.

I love that it is cloud based , it helps me help clients even when out of the office. You will not find better customer service anywhere!!! They are always there when you need them.

There is no current report that will tell me how much pharmacy inventory is on my shelf and how that compares over time.

As always with any PMS software, there are a few new features missing that were present in prior PMS packages.

It is not available offline which can make it difficult to use in remote areas and the inventory section took a while to learn.

We have thousands of dollars invested in this software. We are stuck with this company because it would be way too expensive to move our database to another company.

Difficult to make changes to a prescription... have to jump through hoops to inactivate the resubmit a completely different prescription.

I HATE how the automatic emails come from my hospital instead of Covetrus.

The clear and easy functionality of the software is the best part. I can show a new user how to access and utilize the system very easily and it's pretty much a self-explanatory step by step process.

Very easy to learn, customer service is always prompt and helpful, products offered through the platform are competitively priced.

It is very good and generates a good revenue for our clinic.

I like that it list all my pending prescription approvals. I have made short cuts that makes it quick to fill out prescription dosages.

If you don't spell a product exactly it is difficult to find. Its not that spelling must be correct its that the order of words must be precise.

It may be more the business rather than the actual software-lack of communication with my clients and their inability or lack of desire to stand behind the products they dispense.

The only complaint I have is occasionally it is difficult for clients and/or staff to get in contact with customer service.

I like that it is connected with Roadrunner for quick and easy compounding.

The backend option for prescribers is helpful and easy to use.

It's been nice to be able to direct our clients to our online store as opposed to going to Chewy's for their pets medications. We can keep a better record of it now.

Can really be hard to communicate with a Covetrus team member though if you are having a problem.
