Pros/Cons
Pros
- The design is great and very through. It is very helpful for doctors and technicians to ensure that they get a full SOAP on their patients.
- Pet parents were more trustful and they are always at ease interacting with their vet. Developers are always helpful and provide monthly upgrade to the interface and options, which is great.
- My truly favourite thing about Digitail is their vibrant, engaging team who provides excellent, courteous and prompt support and customer service.
Cons
- We were lied to when we signed and unless you copy the CEO on every email, no one answers. It's just bad software with no customer support.
- The only minor thing that i hate is the fact that when i search for something i don t find the price regarding the product.
- They fired our implementation person along with about a quarter of their staff the day before we went live.
Pros
- I have not been disappointed and am continually impressed with how "user friendly" it is. The support I receive from Rajat is the best.
- Additionally, whenever we have had questions or suggestions to improve the functionality for our practice, The customer support team have been great. Definitely recommend this software.
- We have used this system for 3 years and have been very pleased with the functionality and simplicity of the software as well as the ability to train new staff members on its usage.
Cons
- At the start it was a bit confusing and frustrating to learn the flow of the program.
- We do not have to search for lost paper records anymore.
