-   Also, being able to work live in the field the office sees my invoices immediately and can provide clients with accurate balances in real time.
    
-   I generally find the software exhausting to use - so many mouse clicks are required to accomplish even the most simple tasks, navigating from patient file to entering charges to checking out patients is extremely inefficient.

-   SOAPs are easily written, readible, and records are easily sent to referring DVMs which makes managing patients between doctors and practices very efficient.
    
-   Still having some issues with the transcription service--sometimes it won't fill in (just spin) and it always records the weight in kg even if the settings are set for lb.
