I have had a great experience. Again, it is so easy to use and to track patient activity on.

Periodically there will be an odd malfunction. The most recent one was due to a software update.

There has been a feature request for this since before we changed software and I do not feel that it would be hard to implement.

Overall our experience has been very positive. They were upfront about the work that would be involved in making the transition and were supportive of our team.

The support staff from when we put in tickets have been supportive and have addressed and mostly resolved concerns that we may have  found.

EzyVet is very customizable and user friendly. There are multiple functions and it integrates with a lot of other platforms, including Zoom for Telemedicine.

Inability to copy puppy profile. SEARCH ENGINE - the more data one supplies the more data is displayed - it should be the opposite.

The launch went so well this week and customer service  were amazing. I can see now why the training costs what it does it's worth every penny.

A year later it would be fine. I do love the program now that I am feeling more confident using it, we literally discover new things we can do on it or ways of doing things differently every week.

Always have great experiences when working with the support team. Our practice has been able to continue to grow in part due to the continued advancements that ezyVet is constantly making.

Support has been terrific and our questions are answered quickly and they always make sure we have the answer we need.

Easy to access, easy to use, helps streamline communication and make both the Client and Team experience seamless.

The customer service  All Stars are a joy to work with and very quickly address any questions I have.

The software is easy to use. New employees are quick to catch on how to use it.

Some great features such as integration. Has everything one would need for a paperless practice.

EzyVet works well, with good acceptance and use by staff, the integration with xero is great and provides significant analysis if required.

There was some confusion and disruption in the initial transition to ezyVet, but this was almost entirely due to a lack of preparedness on our (hospital) part, and not the fault of the ezyVet team.

What I love most about Ezyvet is that is so easy. Once you get to know your navigation it all makes sense.

Incredibly easy to use compared to all other EMR systems I've seen.

However, they fixed the problem and the malfunction is gone. Although overall very powerful there are a few small  features that are missing.

I love the ease of use the most with this software. It is so user friendly to people who are not good with computers.

Making the transition from Cornerstone has been difficult for staff because of the new aspect of determining at what level communications should be housed.

The integration with Smartflow helps facilitate timely treatments.

I and the warning when you have more than 11 open at a time. But in order to get to print vaccine history, I have to click open at least 5 tabs.

The ease of use once you are familiar with the product, as well as the constant updates to better the product.

Ezyvet allowed us to make specific prices for those days only, and track the data so that we could improve at the next clinic. Ezyvet is adaptable to our nee.

Some things are confusing to navigate and hard to find. You have to complete a couple steps in order for something to work properly.

Xero integration has meant improved financial reporting and profit. The reminder system is fantastic and reduces staff time and costs.

From a clinical perspective, ezyVet allowed my team to become more efficient and increase revenue due to better charge capture.

There are many ways to do the same task in this software, but this usually results in confused staff.

We have recently updated to the latest and we are hopeful that any glitches we were experiencing will be solved.

Well we had an entire systems crash with Impromed, including our back up. There was nothing they could do about it.

They do not automatically upgrade the versions of the software. Mobile integration is poor for pads etc. and most importantly service is not good.

Great software and wonderful customer service, recently it has been so easy to get them to help and fix your issue, there is less to none wait time to get connected and get help.

Easy to use, 3 ways to do everything, great support, keeps getting better with each update.

With the most recent update, things seem to take more steps of clicking on to do same thing and we lost some of our conveniences that were removed with upgrades.

The ease of use and customer service are great.

It is also hard to change any errors with patient processing and refunds are also multiple unnecessary steps. It took me a long time to get used to impromed.

Inventory module doesn't do what it is suppose to do. Pulls inventory from the wrong location pulls partial bottles of medication from different locations because it has a older lot number.

8 months later, there is still no timeline for fixing the integration. This is just one example.

I like the appointment scheduler the most in this software, the different colors make it easier to look at in a glance. I like that it can communicate to Idexx equipment and other programs.

There are often lag times and strange glitches. Creating forms is VERY difficult and not an intuitive process at all.

The downside, sometimes there is lag or crashes or other issues that prevent workflow.

The lack of quick keys to move between different tabs makes the overall process slower.

The tree set up for medical records is time consuming to go through in order to enter your records and push charges through.

This was here when I started working here 3 years ago. So I would really like to see an upgrade which may have what I'm looking for, just not in the budget.

The poor functionality makes it so that a hospital NEEDS to pay for their tech support in order to keep it functioning at the most basic level.

I think the easytime appointment scheduler has been the most difficult to adapt to, it is difficult to look quickly for an available time slot, because it does not give you a view of entire day.

For example, I want to call in and have a customer service option. Not press 1 for this , press 3 for this, press 2 for that... if you miss your option, you are forced to start back at the beginning.

Benefits would be having the integration with other products which is a huge benefit.

We lost 10 years worth of patient records and had to start over fresh. Imagine our and our client’s frustration.

The ability to use the software to keep client files organized and digitally safe is great. Lots of options for scheduling and employee tracking as well.

Easily customizable options - billing, estimates, invoicing; great options for reports and inventory; user friendly and customer care is very helpful.

Difficult to learn, terrible support, doctors don't love. Missing modern day features for clients that are needed in this day and age.

The support is by far the worst I have seen, worse than Microsoft. If you run into an issue don't expect it to be fixed, if someone says they need to call you back don't expect a call back.

I love how Impromed is customizable. We utilize most features as recommended, but have been able to make other features work differently and better for our practice.

We have always been happy with the easy of maintenance, and use. We recently updated to the newer version of the program and are still getting used to the changes.

What I like most about Impromed is the ability to customize just about everything to get the software to work best for your work-flow.

Impromed is VERY user friendly. The application tabs are easy to use and maneuver and even when training someone new, the features are easy to learn.

Love that we can communicate by email or text to clients right from the program. This is a great time saver.

Sometimes it can be confusing when making corrections to concluded invoices.

We were able to integrate two practices, which was hugely helpful.

Despite updating to new versions always some heavy glitches which then require another update, that can be very frustrating.

Tech support is worthless. Program can not even do timesheets correctly.

Inventory, patient records and accounting all work well. System has the ability to do so much with added cost of additional modules.

Great software support, quick efficient and courteous. Can solve most issues by remotely logging in and correcting the issue.

Its a really nice software for a small practice, and I believe it would be even more useful in a large one as we do not have the need for a lot of the applications it has in it.

Unfortunately it is alphabetized by owners first name not their last, and if a spouse picks up it makes it more difficult to locate for billing out.

Easy to use and the help staff is nice and very helpful.

I have used other software systems and knew what I needed this system to do. Technical support help train me on this system and was extremely patient and helpful when I had question about a function.

ImproMed Infinity is an on-premise veterinary practice management suite for clinics of all sizes. Primary features include treatment plans, patient information tracking, appointment management, billing, invoicing and reporting.

ImproMed Infinity allows users to configure user workflows, manage care facilities, track expenses and communicate with clients and vendors. The system also offers inventory management, and it can generate postcards, letters, and labels. Patient reminders and marketing tools are also available.

Users can export information to Microsoft Excel. Integrations include VetPressOnline, Rapport, AXIS-Q and 50 other software. These partner integrations allow users to connect with vendors who provide reference labs, digital imaging and pharmacy references.
