I have had a great experience. Again, it is so easy to use and to track patient activity on.

Periodically there will be an odd malfunction. The most recent one was due to a software update.

There has been a feature request for this since before we changed software and I do not feel that it would be hard to implement.

Overall our experience has been very positive. They were upfront about the work that would be involved in making the transition and were supportive of our team.

The support staff from when we put in tickets have been supportive and have addressed and mostly resolved concerns that we may have  found.

EzyVet is very customizable and user friendly. There are multiple functions and it integrates with a lot of other platforms, including Zoom for Telemedicine.

Inability to copy puppy profile. SEARCH ENGINE - the more data one supplies the more data is displayed - it should be the opposite.

The launch went so well this week and customer service  were amazing. I can see now why the training costs what it does it's worth every penny.

A year later it would be fine. I do love the program now that I am feeling more confident using it, we literally discover new things we can do on it or ways of doing things differently every week.

Always have great experiences when working with the support team. Our practice has been able to continue to grow in part due to the continued advancements that ezyVet is constantly making.

Support has been terrific and our questions are answered quickly and they always make sure we have the answer we need.

Easy to access, easy to use, helps streamline communication and make both the Client and Team experience seamless.

The customer service  All Stars are a joy to work with and very quickly address any questions I have.

The software is easy to use. New employees are quick to catch on how to use it.

Some great features such as integration. Has everything one would need for a paperless practice.

EzyVet works well, with good acceptance and use by staff, the integration with xero is great and provides significant analysis if required.

There was some confusion and disruption in the initial transition to ezyVet, but this was almost entirely due to a lack of preparedness on our (hospital) part, and not the fault of the ezyVet team.

What I love most about Ezyvet is that is so easy. Once you get to know your navigation it all makes sense.

Incredibly easy to use compared to all other EMR systems I've seen.

However, they fixed the problem and the malfunction is gone. Although overall very powerful there are a few small  features that are missing.

I love the ease of use the most with this software. It is so user friendly to people who are not good with computers.

Making the transition from Cornerstone has been difficult for staff because of the new aspect of determining at what level communications should be housed.

The integration with Smartflow helps facilitate timely treatments.

I and the warning when you have more than 11 open at a time. But in order to get to print vaccine history, I have to click open at least 5 tabs.

The ease of use once you are familiar with the product, as well as the constant updates to better the product.

Ezyvet allowed us to make specific prices for those days only, and track the data so that we could improve at the next clinic. Ezyvet is adaptable to our nee.

Some things are confusing to navigate and hard to find. You have to complete a couple steps in order for something to work properly.

Xero integration has meant improved financial reporting and profit. The reminder system is fantastic and reduces staff time and costs.

From a clinical perspective, ezyVet allowed my team to become more efficient and increase revenue due to better charge capture.

I didn't use it that much unless my pet was sick or I needed to ask a question from my pet's office.

People find it easier to text and less intrusive trying to get someone to answer a phone call. Since it integrates seamlessly into our AviMark software there is little issue.

I like it and I think it is useful to stay in touch with your vet.

PetDesk Support is usually very quick to address any issues that might arise, and are generally helpful and friendly.

Lack of integration with our practice software evetpractice - the appointment request system has no ability to sync with our appointment calendar.

The customer service aspect is great. They are always friendly and helpful.

I really loved the virtual physician I can get for my lovely pets.I love how you can put all of your pets needs in one place.

Helps provide rapid support as support helps solve issues if I can't. Can schedule appointments and fill medicine without having to make a phone call.

The mass message feature is a life-saver, especially during the pandemic.

I can confidently say that having PetDesk is worth 1-1.5 full time customer service representatives answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-up calls with clients.

I had never done a website set up before, they had always been cookie cutter sites. I really enjoyed working with the staff and loved watching them make our  ideas come out.

I would recommend this app to any new pet owner. It's a great way to keep track of their records and have it on you at all times.

The customization for clients is great. Having an app readily available to reach clients through their smart phone is AMAZING.

Most of our clients prefer email so there has been a great cost savings there. We now have an easy way to send messages to our clients as well as send mass emails to them when necessary.

This also decreases our number of incoming calls which is fantastic because they are always ringing off the hook.

The worst part is that clients request times that are completely booked and we have to go back and tell them they're taken.

It's hard to explain so refreshing has to be done all the time so you aren't responding to the wrong person. The phone number integration needs some work also.

Honestly, I don’t really have anything bad to say about this product.

I believe it is being worked on, but the lack of availability for an owner to choose a specific doctor when making their appointment.

They have great functionality with their user friendly app, reminders, appt confirmations, integration with software and their customer service is AMAZING.

Clients really do use this. It was hard to imagine not having an app for our clients.

That was the biggest draw. Visually it was appealing  and super easy for clients to use.

The setup was easy and the features are great. Our account manager does a great job checking up on the hospitals and makes changes quickly.

The ease of use for our staff and clients is remarkable. The Client Support is always helpful, kind and very knowledgable.

On occasion when changes are made within 24 hours the system doesn't get to update before a confirmation is sent, some clients receive confirmations for the wrong date/time.

Sometimes clients will receive a confirmation for the wrong time.

Overall experience with Petdesk is a a GREAT ONE. Really loved how they thought of everything for your pet.
