The functionality of the system was very hard to understand even with the training videos.

It just seems very easy to navigate and access easily from multiple locations. The customer support has been amazing.

It’s great for mobile practices and exam room checkouts. It’s  customizable, easy to use, and cost effective.

I don't know if it's my problem or the software but I struggle with keeping my inventory accurate.

There is no way to keep track expenses for other purchases made.

We have had some difficulties with reoccurring appointments stopping all the sudden. As well as inventory issues.

It has been great and the support team has been amazing with helping me and add things i need.

Overall, I am very pleased with it's reliability  and the timely improvements that have been made to increase efficiency of the system.

No functionality in offline mode. As a mobile vet, I find that at least 2-3 times a day I have to save info and enter it later due to poor internet connectivity where I'm working.

This software is good for all of the basics for veterinary medicine but seems to have a lot of fine tuning to do.

Sometimes user error can create issues if a wrong button is pushed. You can’t have a chart note open in more than 1 location or not all data will be saved.

It is cloud-based, so the ability to log in from other computers, even ones not on the network, is greatly useful.

Unfortunately since the calendar integration issue was not able to be corrected, we were forced to abandon the program.

I liked that our medical records were now online in one easily accessible place. This was our first time using software, so it was a nice test for if we would like software.

It seems to be completely incapable of keeping track of how much tax my practice has collected.

Easy to use and freedom to access outside the clinic is great. The follow up and reminders need to be improved to be useful and functional.

We were also looking for support and information when using it. We were comparing prices and quality and Hippo was the best option in the market.

Hippo is a robust product with excellent customer service and support.

The interface is slick and visually appealing without a busy cluttered appearance. Support is multimodal and rapid.

Sometimes the way it prints out for the rDVM's  is not the way it looks on the screen originally and it can be confusing to read.

The spplication is Intuitive, easy to use, time saving, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative. I also like how you can use it on various technology.

It is ease of use for everyone within the clinic, from the receptionist to the technicians and doctors.

Workflow is great, and easy between modules. Training is fast for new employees.

We tried a different software and it was horrible. My team was skeptical of anything cloud based and not having paper charts but now we would never want to use anything else.

The search engine is difficult to find the client or patient at times.

Search mechanism is limited to patient and client names, unable to search by breed or diagnosis, etc. at this time.

The customer service could not be better, and they have never forgotten about us - we feel as valued and as important as day 1.

Very user friendly, navigation through software and patient records is extremely easy. Extremely easy to upload lab results, radiographs, images, and other documents to patient record.

The cost is affordable for any size practice. The user interface is straight forward and simple to understand.

Populated Physical Exam is limited to companion mammals and isn't quite 100% applicable to avian and reptile species (or amphibian, fish, invertebrates, etc).

I love that the SOAP is so clearly laid out. Images and all diagnostic work is easy to upload and easy to find.
