"Good older program - needs to be upgraded to be more efficient and time sensitive for the fast pace of veterinary operations"

"No upgrades- never had customer service when there were issues - we could go days of it not working correctly in our clinic with no call backs"

"The screen is messy to look at, there are way too many ways to do the same thing, pulling reports is a mess."

"There's also a new issue I've noticed- when I hover over an appointment, it tells me the age of the animal at the time of booking the appointment, but the actual medical record has the actual age of the animal."
