There are many ways to do the same task in this software, but this usually results in confused staff.

We have recently updated to the latest and we are hopeful that any glitches we were experiencing will be solved.

Well we had an entire systems crash with Impromed, including our back up. There was nothing they could do about it.

They do not automatically upgrade the versions of the software. Mobile integration is poor for pads etc. and most importantly service is not good.

Great software and wonderful customer service, recently it has been so easy to get them to help and fix your issue, there is less to none wait time to get connected and get help.

Easy to use, 3 ways to do everything, great support, keeps getting better with each update.

With the most recent update, things seem to take more steps of clicking on to do same thing and we lost some of our conveniences that were removed with upgrades.

The ease of use and customer service are great.

It is also hard to change any errors with patient processing and refunds are also multiple unnecessary steps. It took me a long time to get used to impromed.

Inventory module doesn't do what it is suppose to do. Pulls inventory from the wrong location pulls partial bottles of medication from different locations because it has a older lot number.

8 months later, there is still no timeline for fixing the integration. This is just one example.

I like the appointment scheduler the most in this software, the different colors make it easier to look at in a glance. I like that it can communicate to Idexx equipment and other programs.

There are often lag times and strange glitches. Creating forms is VERY difficult and not an intuitive process at all.

The downside, sometimes there is lag or crashes or other issues that prevent workflow.

The lack of quick keys to move between different tabs makes the overall process slower.

The tree set up for medical records is time consuming to go through in order to enter your records and push charges through.

This was here when I started working here 3 years ago. So I would really like to see an upgrade which may have what I'm looking for, just not in the budget.

The poor functionality makes it so that a hospital NEEDS to pay for their tech support in order to keep it functioning at the most basic level.

I think the easytime appointment scheduler has been the most difficult to adapt to, it is difficult to look quickly for an available time slot, because it does not give you a view of entire day.

For example, I want to call in and have a customer service option. Not press 1 for this , press 3 for this, press 2 for that... if you miss your option, you are forced to start back at the beginning.

Benefits would be having the integration with other products which is a huge benefit.

We lost 10 years worth of patient records and had to start over fresh. Imagine our and our client’s frustration.

The ability to use the software to keep client files organized and digitally safe is great. Lots of options for scheduling and employee tracking as well.

Easily customizable options - billing, estimates, invoicing; great options for reports and inventory; user friendly and customer care is very helpful.

Difficult to learn, terrible support, doctors don't love. Missing modern day features for clients that are needed in this day and age.

The support is by far the worst I have seen, worse than Microsoft. If you run into an issue don't expect it to be fixed, if someone says they need to call you back don't expect a call back.

I love how Impromed is customizable. We utilize most features as recommended, but have been able to make other features work differently and better for our practice.

We have always been happy with the easy of maintenance, and use. We recently updated to the newer version of the program and are still getting used to the changes.

What I like most about Impromed is the ability to customize just about everything to get the software to work best for your work-flow.

Impromed is VERY user friendly. The application tabs are easy to use and maneuver and even when training someone new, the features are easy to learn.

Love that we can communicate by email or text to clients right from the program. This is a great time saver.

Sometimes it can be confusing when making corrections to concluded invoices.

We were able to integrate two practices, which was hugely helpful.

Despite updating to new versions always some heavy glitches which then require another update, that can be very frustrating.

Tech support is worthless. Program can not even do timesheets correctly.

Inventory, patient records and accounting all work well. System has the ability to do so much with added cost of additional modules.

Great software support, quick efficient and courteous. Can solve most issues by remotely logging in and correcting the issue.

Its a really nice software for a small practice, and I believe it would be even more useful in a large one as we do not have the need for a lot of the applications it has in it.

Unfortunately it is alphabetized by owners first name not their last, and if a spouse picks up it makes it more difficult to locate for billing out.

Easy to use and the help staff is nice and very helpful.

I have used other software systems and knew what I needed this system to do. Technical support help train me on this system and was extremely patient and helpful when I had question about a function.

No payroll component activated for Australia. Would be complete package if this was provided.

Overall Good, Has some very good components when you know how to use them.

The Service we receive from Vision is exceptional. While there can occasionally be a wait on the support line, the staff are worth the time.

Diary integrated with the appointment book (.net) would be good. I think the overall appearance of the visions screens, tabs etc.

Ability to add stock message on invoice makes it easy for clients to understand what each item is for. Excellent customer service and support.

The Vision support Team are always friendly, helpful and FAST. Nothing is too much trouble.

We have been fortunate enough to participate in some beta testing of new modules, and find the VISION response to problems to be very rapid. I would definitely recommend this product.

Software perse this is your typical PIMS system with more or less the same features like any other.

We have been using the program for over 6 years and have found it to be very user friendly.

This has improved lately with the addition of shortcut toolbars. Email system inbuilt is a bit cumbersome to use and needs updating.

Still fully functional, just a little tired looking.

Customer service team super helpful and knowledgeable. Very diverse software, that is user friendly.

Reporting is a little clunky, but most popularly required reports are available (this is an issue for much accounting software, btw).

The feeling in  the hospital was borderline panic. Everyone was so nervous.

Their dedication to helping us ensure our business has all of the system support it needs is fantastic. They're also really lovely.

Vision has myriad useful features to make managing our day simpler. It's customisable, has automation features to take some of the load off, and is clever.

Overall I am happy with Vision and it has help our business to grow.

Ease of use, great reports and GREAT back up service.

The Controlled drug report is extremely useful - allowing precise reconciliation with the drug register. Integration with Vetscan machines for recording pathology has been a great help.

All in all very satisfied with the product. Matches functionality of main competitor with more modest hardware requirements.

I would be very weary of any Shein software from this point on in the future.

Im still learning all the things Vision can do.

The Team has been responsive to change requests and the customer service has been outstanding. When we had a server disaster I had round the clock help from Vision until we were back up and running.

I have used Vision VPM since 2006, having previously used other veterinary software including RxWorks. The VISION product is intuitive and easy to use, and is continually being updated and improved.

They're quick with solutions and suggestions, are keen to teach how to rectify issues ourselves, and are able to quickly help with anything we can't fix here.

Overall it's great software and mostly hassle-free to use. Their automation services have been great and saved us a lot of time.

All the groundwork is done behind the scenes with no disruption to the hospital. Tracy then came in to train all the staff for 3 days.
