-   First of all, it is very easy to use software interface is perfect and it's solved my many problems which I faced.
    

-   SOAPs are easily written, readible, and records are easily sent to referring DVMs which makes managing patients between doctors and practices very efficient.
    
-   Still having some issues with the transcription service--sometimes it won't fill in (just spin) and it always records the weight in kg even if the settings are set for lb.
