Pros
- I have not been disappointed and am continually impressed with how "user friendly" it is. The support I receive from Rajat is the best.
- Additionally, whenever we have had questions or suggestions to improve the functionality for our practice, The customer support team have been great. Definitely recommend this software.
- We have used this system for 3 years and have been very pleased with the functionality and simplicity of the software as well as the ability to train new staff members on its usage.
Cons
- At the start it was a bit confusing and frustrating to learn the flow of the program.
- We do not have to search for lost paper records anymore.
Pros
- All our staff have been fantastic with the transition and are so pleased with the many features which make the day to day jobs more efficient, yet simple.
- Their dedication to helping us ensure our business has all of the system support it needs is fantastic. They're also really lovely.
- Overall it's great software and mostly hassle-free to use. Their automation services have been great and saved us a lot of time.
Cons
- The feeling in the hospital was borderline panic. Everyone was so nervous.
- Only the odd time when they've been unavailable due to not enough support staff on the day.
- I would be very weary of any Shein software from this point on in the future.
