I didn't use it that much unless my pet was sick or I needed to ask a question from my pet's office.

People find it easier to text and less intrusive trying to get someone to answer a phone call. Since it integrates seamlessly into our AviMark software there is little issue.

I like it and I think it is useful to stay in touch with your vet.

PetDesk Support is usually very quick to address any issues that might arise, and are generally helpful and friendly.

Lack of integration with our practice software evetpractice - the appointment request system has no ability to sync with our appointment calendar.

I had never done a website set up before, they had always been cookie cutter sites. I really enjoyed working with the staff and loved watching them make our  ideas come out.

The customization for clients is great. Having an app readily available to reach clients through their smart phone is AMAZING.

Most of our clients prefer email so there has been a great cost savings there. We now have an easy way to send messages to our clients as well as send mass emails to them when necessary.

This also decreases our number of incoming calls which is fantastic because they are always ringing off the hook.

The worst part is that clients request times that are completely booked and we have to go back and tell them they're taken.

It's hard to explain so refreshing has to be done all the time so you aren't responding to the wrong person. The phone number integration needs some work also.

Honestly, I don’t really have anything bad to say about this product.

I believe it is being worked on, but the lack of availability for an owner to choose a specific doctor when making their appointment.

They have great functionality with their user friendly app, reminders, appt confirmations, integration with software and their customer service is AMAZING.

That was the biggest draw. Visually it was appealing  and super easy for clients to use.

The setup was easy and the features are great. Our account manager does a great job checking up on the hospitals and makes changes quickly.

On occasion when changes are made within 24 hours the system doesn't get to update before a confirmation is sent, some clients receive confirmations for the wrong date/time.

I love that it has appointment options, this makes scheduling much easier. Customer support is fantastic, anytime I have run into an issue they have been quick to solve it.

There are a few glitches that can sometimes leave the system unable to move forward without shutting down our entire network.

The PMS itself is easy to use, or at least, after 15 years we find it easy. There are very few new features.

Integration with lIdexx and Zoetis lab machines was extremely difficult which required all lab results to be manually scanned in each day.

Rapport automates reminders and is capable of professional marketing.

When printing bills, our last system (VetSys) produced an INVOICE, STATEMENT and BATCH REPORT for every farmer. Robocop has the Batch Number mixed in with the INVOICE, a stupid idea.

We pay a lot of money every month for hardware cover but when something breaks there is always a reason why it is not covered. We are looking to change to a cloud based system.

Overall quite good, as I realise no system is perfect. There are still a few issues that need resolving.

It does integrate with Idexx and NVS well, not so much with Dragonfly. It does not integrate with any accountancy systems, card machines or telephone systems.

Does freeze and crash a lot but not sure if that our issues.

Integrated with our main pharmaceutical supplier which is useful. Invoicing and accounts section is easy to learn.

There are still features on it that we don't yet use as the system continually develops. Rapport as an additional add on it great for all reminders and to run campaigns.

I have had an amazing experience with RoboVet at this point. It does everything that my small clinic needs.

Many things don't work as well as they did on robovet 4. We have had random accounting errors and inadequate support from technical support.
