"Covetrus vRxPro is a great way to streamline outside and online prescriptions to maximize profit rather than outsourcing to Chewy."

"The option to make notes on pending order approvals has been a lifesaver since we have several members all approving simultaneously!"

"Also, the feature that allows me to add notes to each request is great."

### Cons

"They then get angry and blame us when they run out of their prescriptions and we have to do damage control when we have no control over it. When you enter in information when authorizing scripts it does not keep the information you enter like the expiration dates, or gives you an error message."

"Will have writeback errors where it needs extra time to import information to the practice software."

"Shipping delays are not relayed to clients. When a client pays for 2-3 day expedited shipping there is no clarity that it will still take 5 days to prepare the item for the 2-3 day shipping clock to start."
