Bye Bye Zoom

I use this product every day - with my assistants and clients - Quick Story ...I was on my way out of town for the weekend I had a meeting and the young lady could not get her google meet to work. I told her to check her message and click on the link, she did a full 45 minutes video presentation while I was in the car. My favorite LTD..

Ok product

It's been hit or miss for me. Sometimes it's worked, sometimes it doesn't.

PROS

I like the fact that it is a tool that allows me to quickly set up meeting rooms for virtual calls. Not having to download software is also a bonus.

CONS

It didn't always work. There were instances when I had to give up on 11Sight and move on to Google Meet. I reached out to their customer service team, and nobody got back to me.

We use 11Sight every day

PROS

When we first tried out 11Sight, we did so slowly. We started with a VERY basic plan. We had several of our clients and team members join our conference calls and after a couple times of flawless execution, we upgraded to a larger plan as well as bought 10 hours of recording for our sessions.

CONS

There were some bugs early on BUT support worked with us to find the issue and fixed it.

A great alternative to Zoom!

I was paying high yearly fees for other video conference tools – 11sight has matched their capability as a much cheaper (yet still maintaining high quality video) option. I can still share videos directly easily, send one click links and have the interaction and reponse tools similar to zoom. The iOS app also makes it easy to schedule and join meetings on the go!

PROS

CONS

Limited options to brand and customise to match you own branding – but stability and ease of use is my main priority so I can live with the 11sight branding. Recording is pay per recording

Using 11Sight for communication with our investor network

The most useful feature for Danube Angels is, that a lead clicks a link, and either available consultant immediately talks to them, no matter from where, and in the language required.

PROS

11Sight is easy to implement and very useful in communication with our members and interested persons to join.

A Lightweight Solutions For Live Video Website Chat

My overall experience is great. I have had the pleasure of speaking with one of the developers and another team member and the future road map looks great.

PROS

My favorite feature is that the video conservation can be started just with the click of a link. This gives you the power to add that link to a button on your website, to a signature line in your emails, to a social media post, and probably hundreds of other use cases I haven't even considered yet.

CONS

That you can't brand it. I have clients I want to set this up for but unless I can use their branding and colors this option won't work for them. Support has informed me this feature is becoming available August 2021.

Greet application for online meetings and recordings

This allows me to easily and conveniently schedule interviews to record for different projects.

PROS

It's super easy to use. It's actually a pretty novel concept. The only thing you need to do is share a link, and then you can connect with clients, customers, etc. No need to go through any extra steps.

CONS

No cons to note. There's nothing that I'd change necessarily. Functionality is great. Ease of use and UI is nice.

Great communication app ! A must-have !

11Sight is so powerful and customisable that the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are hard to understand. So I work hard on that, and now I can use 11Sight at 100%. I know the new UI/UX will be rolled out in February 2022 so great because this app is continuously improving.

Excellent Execution for Instant Customer Video engagement and Video chats inside the Enterprise

Easy integration with HubSpotRobust, secure solution, does not crash or fail, 100% secure (does not go through a big FAANG server)Switchboard functionality (call hold, call merge, private video chat during a larger video meeting, et.al. that Zoom, Google Meet et.al. do not have)

CONS

Strong potential in the large market of real estate case used (leasing and sales), however the industry's established "phone call/appointment" sales processes are outdated. Graphic user interface/button design could be customized to client organization needs.

Great Zoom alternative

PROS

Let's face it Zoom has set the bart for videoconferencing to the point that people expect the same experience with alternatives. So far 11Sight has matched Zoom closely enough that my clients can use it pretty easuly.

CONS

I wish I could figure out how to turn OFF the "knocking" when a client arrives. I just wan them to the room without me having to let them in. That should default to being OFF.

Great way to give customers personalized service

We see that most customers are shy at first to video but since our business is visually designing fabric it helps to see and show customers what’s going on

PROS

Since customers can just type a link and start chatting or video it’s a huge boost to clearing up problems before and during orders

CONS

It was easy to setup, I can’t say there’s any negatives, I see people complaining Bout static sites for meeting rooms but it’s never impacted us

Awesome product: A great way to add an extra layer to your customer support

Overall, ElevenSight adds an additional layer of interactivity to your inbound and outbound communications. It integrates well with most websites (so far, I've tried it only on a few test Wordpress site). I like the ability to add the eLine link to your email so that people can reach you directly from their email client. The experience works great for both desktop and mobile so that's a great bonus! One thing that would be a great addition would be a native meeting scheduling function where a user could schedule a meeting from within the chat window/super button.

PROS

ElevenSight is relatively easy to set up and easy to use. The dashboard is uncrowded. The fact that users do not have to download any app to use it is great. It is a cool way to retain the interest of a website prospect in comparison to chat, which a lot of people don't like because in most cases, you have to wait quite a bit for a response.

CONS

The dashboard although not crowded foes take a while to get used to. Also, some missed calls (made during non-working hours) show up as anonymous so I am not sure if that has something to do with my setup or if the calls can't be traced. It would be nice to reply to those missed calls.

Reason for choosing 11Sight

It is a great alternative to chat and gives you an extra chance to convert customers or at least retain their interest for longer.

Simple tool for video calls

It is clean, simple and easy to use tool for video calls. Love that everyone can call you just by clicking a link - nothing to install. And I can receive calls on all my devices - phone or laptop - whatever I use at the moment.

PROS

Everyone can call you just by clicking on a link - nothing to install, no need to create an account. Call link remains the same (though this can also be cons - depends).

CONS

You can't swith on/off call recording during the call - it is a checkbox down in settings, so you either record everything or nothing. As recording time is limited that can be problem for some. As you have a same link for call room security might be an issue. You have an organisation's name in link and you can't change it later. As I am solo, not a company, it is anoying for me.

Reason for choosing 11Sight

It was something I was looking for - simple video tool everyone can use to call in an easy way, withouth installing anything (as in case of Zoom) or creating accounts (case of Google Meet).

Video chat with your customers the easy way

PROS

11Sight enables your customers to click on a widget within your website and instantly initiate a video call with you. They can do so without downloading any software or creating some kind of account. This helps remove the friction for them to contact you. Video calls can be a great way to generate more leads and close sales.

CONS

There is some functionality in the web app that doesn't seem to work in my Google Chrome. I tried the Brave browser and everything works spectacularly.

Video conference and Virtual Meeting work well - with 11Sight!

PROS

11Sight is simple to use, and effective in how it works. Just a few clicks, and I can set up a video conference or virtual meeting very easily. The quality of the meeting is quite good, smooth and no lagging - a big plus. Recording of the meeting works well! The workflow is convenient and simple.

CONS

I expect that there will be more features added for the meetings. For example, virtual background, or transcription of the meeting would be great additions.

I was lucky to find out about elevensight by browsing internet. Found a one shoot price for a lifetime usage. It’s really easy to put on website and working very good. Already made friends of mine taking it too ;)

Robust and Powerful Calling app

Overall, it is a good alternative to the well known chat and call apps, it's robust and it is easy to place on your site

Efficient and visually impressive

Best Communication Tool

It make my communication with my students easy and quick.

PROS

I like the way easy to create custom chat schedule with different type of communication text, call and video. Easy to embed in our site. Good for short team meetings.

CONS

None. If have some video tutorials on software it will be more help.
