My overall  experience is that they are striving to be a great company that offers great software.

Loved it, have recommended it on a regular basis. I have had one technical issue/bug in 10 months with sending an email and UK based support fixed that within 2 hours.

Clean and nice UI, awesome UX, incredible reliability (key factor in Webby apps) and really good support.

No reliable, No stability, No intuitive, Bad recording quality. I put 150 in a webinar and the whole platform went frozen.

When the video was finished I turned the mic on and did my part of the webinar. When I went to replay the recording the quality was terrible.

Only once a question had to be escalated to tech team - everything else was user error.

There are some features that aren't presently there but on the roadmap. For example, segmentation of early abandons, no-shows, and attendees.

It's too bad as the intention was to use bigmarker as our webinar platform but it's useless in that sense.

The backend/admin portal was easy enough to use, but the support team made our lives sooooo much easier by helping us know exactly what we needed to do and when.

We love the ease of use for both presenters and participants. The meeting rooms are also a great bonus.

There are so many things to love about this software - It's reliable, allows for customization with features that always impress my clients, and the customer support is second to none.

Our Non-profit Organisation was seeking a webinar solution which was cost-effective but offered powerful features and performance. BigMarker delivered exceptionally well.

This can be a big problem for those who don't speak English. I am also missing a 24 hours clock (currently have to use AM/PM which is uncommon in The Netherlands).

Can only email, and the response time isn't OK when there's an urgent concern. Then to cancel your subscription, you have to email them.

One Con I ran into was the inability to use bigmarker as a telestrator (writing on the screen while reviewing a video).

I have had a wonderful experience with BigMarker. Whenever I have experienced technical difficulties during webinars they have always been very helpful.

It is also convenient for participants as they do not need to download an app or software to join the meeting or webinar. Reporting features are excellent and useful for follow up work.

I like the ease of use with just a phone number. I also really enjoy the music/talking when you are the first person to join.

I enjoy the quick ability to login and start a conference. We have a lot of on the fly demonstration of our product to manage, and it allows us to pivot and help people instantly.

Most, if not all of my clients complain that there is a SIGNIFICANT lag on their side when viewing a presenters screen.

We love it on my team and any issues we've had we've been able to quickly and seamlessly work through them with the excellent customer service.

I loved the price too and the fact that I didn’t have to bother with counting minutes or attendees like with some services that are more limited.

Whether or not that's the fault of our connection or Uberconference's is unclear, but I almost never have this problem when utilizing Zoom or Webex.

I enjoy Uber Conference because it is easy to use and provides a stable platform which is one of the most reliable which I have used.

I love the call quality, the simple interface and the fact that we can record calls.

When this service first launched, it had great stability and fantastic user experience.

I love the price, and it seems like it allows for most of the most important aspects of remote meetings.

I'm not sure if the ability to record is on there, as we have not used it. Setting up calendar time is quick and easy and integrates well.

Overall, I do like UberConference for its pricing and capabilities. However, I would like to find another product that's more dependable.

The customer service is also phenomenally good. Have been using this for over an year now, and rarely had any issues with it.

I have been using Uberconference mainly for calls with my coaching clients. I love this software because the quality of the calls have been superb for me and my clients.

Call Recording which is very useful. Integrates with Salesforce, Google Calendars, Evernote, Hubspot, etc.

Overall experience has been very mixed. Many times it has failed to meet the expectations due to lag and not being able to present the screen.

Many times it becomes frustrating for the presentation. Noise cancelling is less as compared to other tools.

Uberconference is solid and easy to use. They say that good design is invisible and seemless.

The ONLY knock I have, and it's quite frustrating, is the one second delay with people talking.

It's humourous hold music pokes fun at the typical tropes of conference call woes. It also integrates beautifully with Google Calendar, making calls easy to make and host.

Having a direct dedicated link and a dedicated dial-in number keeps the integration with scheduling tools like Calendly very simple.

I like that you can easily see who is in the meetings better than in other software applications. And for the most part the call quality is just fine.

Pros: feels like a nice change after some Zoom fatigue, hold music is nice touch, automatic notices when someone joins your room, can get a transcript of your call as well as a recording.

SOme have caused dropped calls, problems with the log in codes not working, phone company interference and so on.

It used to be a great and easy to use the product for international calling but over the past year, the service has declined rapidly.

Customer Service is really amazing and very helpful.

Uberconference provides a very nice administration console that makes it super easy to manage participants. The service is super reliable.

We've had so many issues that our customers now insist we use their enterprise services instead for calls with them. So now we pay for a service (stuck in a contract) that we don't use.

It has great platform as well as great customer support. Highfive is a cloud conferencing service with modern all in one solution.

Overall I think UberConference is my favorite conferencing platform. It is more intuitive than Skype, more stable than Zoom and for sure has the best video quality.
