- Clean and nice UI, awesome UX, incredible reliability (key factor in Webby apps) and really good support.
- Tons of free marketing integrations, free API access. Plus an easy to use frictionless presentation experience that you can tailor to your need on an event to event basis.
Cons
- No reliable, No stability, No intuitive, Bad recording quality. I put 150 in a webinar and the whole platform went frozen.
- When the video was finished I turned the mic on and did my part of the webinar. When I went to replay the recording the quality was terrible.
Pros
- I like the customer service Vonage offers and the ability to have set up a business line that is cloud based.
- The quality of connection, ease of using, and all the features that include text, SMS, and managing your logs are the best features, and the integration with the business is easy.
Cons
- Then without warning Simulring and Call Forwarding no longer works outside of a few countries. I rely on this service which they just cut off.
- Often the sync features did not work as advertised. My employees had a lot of trouble working with the software and customer support was extremely poor from a knowledge standpoint.
