Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software is incredibly easy for our presenters and attendees to use. While our presenters enjoy doing webinars, this is the first time they've described it as fun. It's a very clean interface.

  • Very easy to use, packed with features and a responsive team.

  • Cons

  • There was an issue with audio/video sync of recordings but it has been addressed.

  • The description of the webinar doesn't support bold, italic and other common word processing functions. It's not a show stopper for us, but it would be nice.

  • Pros

  • It's as easy to use as facebook, which almost everyone uses, so it's easy to use. It's a great tool for integration at a company level. We get to know each other's faces, interests, work, etc.

  • It's a great way to boost morale, learn new things, and it's all in one place. Easy to use, and fun!

  • Cons

  • I'd only recommend it to large companies because the premium service is quite pricy and the free standard edition quails in comparison.

  • Wish we could move posts, if people post in the wrong groups. Other than that, we are very happy and they are always adding new features.
