I want to have people show up on camera... whether a present or audience member. Cloudpresenter handles it well. It also needed reasonably good audio (speaking as a producer, this is quite important).Ease of Use - You could essentially take a self-guided tour of the product and have few questions, as long as you have the time for trial and error. However, there are videos that touch on functionality in the Help / Support section. Cons: Audio is compressed. It also has noise reduction applied. I would like the opportunity to deal with as 'original' audio quality as possible... especially from my end. CloudPresenter permits you to set your own audio levels, but does not permit you to eliminate noise reduction (and I'm sure for good reason), but I'm more of a media minded individual who creates audio products, and would like the flexibility to tailor the audio noise levels. Reasons for switching to Cloudpresenter There were two other services I used, but did not recall their names. I wanted a Zoom-like experience, however Zoom failed to deliver on two subsequent 1000 attendee events... which ultimately resulted in losing a client.
