They also save into PDF format without producing a giant file size, unlike comparable MS Office apps. Google Classroom can be an indispensable management tool for instructors, especially if students are doing or creating work through Workspace apps. And you can't beat the price--FREE! You get a surprising amount of functionality and storage for nothing. #### Cons Version recovery is practically nonexistent unless you manually download drafts. If you accidentally delete a section, overwrite a major or important idea, or lose phrasing you wanted to keep, you’re out of luck — the live document is all you have.
