"Customer support is the biggest gripe I've seen echoed everywhere online, and in my experience it's fair. When I had an issue with MX record configuration for a new domain early on, I spent nearly a week going in circles between contradictory help articles and an AI support bot that kept suggesting steps I'd already tried."

"Google admin reporting features are pretty limited as well. If you need granularity compared to what M365 offers for exchange and teams, you won't get it with Google Workspace natively."
