The only disadvantage is that when there are connections with low bandwidth, the video freezes a lot, but the alternative of making only voice calls solves it.

Desktop plugin sometimes freezes but while it is running correctly it is great

I think it is a very easy software. i just remember linking the free trial id and registered id linking was tough for a friends

Sometimes, in the voicemail message in my email it will show me what the customer has said in text, and other times it does not. Its not too much of an issue, but do wish it was more consistent!
