Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The free version of this software is great, there was no down-time, very easy to use, and not complicated for the older generation.

  • I love that it is so easy to use. Everything is very self explanatory and it is almost impossible to get confused while using it. I also like that I can choose my own URL for meetings.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes when using the browser only feature there have been glitches where the screen with need to be reloaded. But above all the pros vastly exceed the cons.

  • At times, the service can freeze and tend to lag on the other person's end, but never a sufficient amount to where it causes substantial issues. Otherwise I'm completely happy with this service.

  • Pros

  • It's excellent very fast and very useful. I love the quality with which you work because it is the right one to work with.

  • It is very easy to use and definitely makes my job a lot easier. Not only and I able to get a visual of the other person’s screen but I also have control over their computer.

  • Cons

  • None really. Teamviewer does what it is meant to do, and does it well. My one gripe would be the desktop application doesn't include all the features that the website login has.

  • Only a slight con ... it does slow some client machines but on newer faster machines this is not an issue.
