Livestorm Software


 

Livestorm is a webinar software designed for freelancers and small to midsize businesses. Users can access the system from any browser, on mobile or desktop. It also provides audience segmentation, analytics, and native integrations with Slack and customer relationship management applications.

Livestorm can be used to present product demos, customer training, online courses, webcasts, interviews and live events. Users can simultaneously chat with other attendees of the webinar. The emailing tool enables users to import contacts and send invites to them for the webinar.  

With Livestorm analytics, users can analyze all their data, create polls during the webinar and capture the source of registrations.

Livestorm has built-in translations for emails, webinar rooms and landing pages. It supports French, English, Korean, Russian, Danish, Spanish and Portuguese. Support options include FAQs, a knowledge base, online support and video tutorials.

Lead generation and comunicating our USP's to clients, whilst also information sharing on how to use our own system.

Pros

It's super easy to use and simple structure.
Serves as customer success tool, as well as lead generation for enticing potential clients.
Great chat/question features
The 'go on stage' features makes for great all team involvement.

Cons

The team log in capablities are limited, but we managed to still get everyone involved - other than that, a solid system.

Easy to use, great interface, great quality...Great everything.

Pros

How user-friendly that platform is. I've used a few webinar programs out there and by far Livestorm takes the cake. Easy to use, friendly customer service and very easy and simple process for attendees to join webinars.

Can't figure this one out yet.

It is a well priced alternative that is constantly improving. The Livestorm staff are also very engaged with you throughout your buying journey and after you purchase the software. The web html plugin feature is also very easy to deploy on our site and looks great. We have speakers and attendees with all types of technical abilities, and we've yet to have complaints of difficulties or confusion.

Cons

They currently do not provide call-in numbers, but they have stated that it is on the roadmap. We have to use a separate product (Skype) to support this feature.

Getting customers up to date with a webinar is incredibly easy using Livestorm. By taking the headache out of the preparation process and the technical side, it allows us to focus more on the actual content.

Pros

Everything is very straightforward. Instead of jumping through hoops, Livestorm allows you to focus on the actual webinar instead of the hassle before or after.

Cons

Recording quality. If this would be Full HD, that would be wonderful! As it stands, it's 720. Minor gripe, though.

Livestorm brings some great advantages compared to many other tools we looked at: no need to download a plugin, easy setup, beautiful landing page, automated emails and much more. And we like the "meeting room" a lot.

Cons

On-demand webinars work with a work-around but should be supported natively (this feature is in development right now).

I was looking for a webinar tool which was easy to setup webinars and researched on different options online and found Livestrom. They have attractive UI. Recording the sound and image are good so for! They have cool team for support.

Cons

features like media on replay, Facebook and Youtube live are on the table or under beta. The software is a little pricey but worth the cost.

I liked the registration page which can be customized quickly and mobile-friendly as well. Another thing, I liked autoconfigured email templates (invitation/reminder/watch replay) and these adopt the design of registration page automatically.

Cons

I justed started using this software and I don't have the issue. But, I would recommend adding more options to customize email template.

This software is very easy-to-use and the connection is great. It's the best webinar software we as a company has ever used. The video and audio quality are great. Also, it's very comfortable to be able to record the conference automatically. Livestorm has helped us engage with our users and prospects through weekly demos that are very interactive and fun. Cons

There is no native integration with HubSpot, which has been a challenge for us in terms lead reporting and measurement. It's only possible to link one email address to each account.

A simple and powerful live webinar software. Something that's sorely needed in the market.

Pros

After months of searching for a simple, easy-to-use webinar software, we finally stumbled across LiveStorm. Killer platform. Way better than everything else we tried.

Equally as important to us: they've have great customer service. We've been very methodical in making our decision over the last few months, and they were helpful every step of the way.

They are also constantly iterating. A sign of a healthy, growing SAAS.

Cons

Price could be a little better. But it's obviously not a deal breaker. Other than that, we've found no real negatives, especially in light of webinar software alternatives.

My favorite thing about Livestorm is really the culmination of all the best parts: Ease of use, Responsive UI, Great support, and an excellent Zapier integration. They make running recurring weekly demos very easy.

Cons

The only thing I'd like to see improved in Livestorm is the ability to further customize the fields on the registration form in lieu of a custom registration workflow.

A platform that is stable and webRTC compatible

Pros

WebRTC based with many fall backs. Responsive Web Design ensure good access from a multiple of devices. Simple setup and allows for integration to steaming services like Youtube etc.

This product is far better than many of the others we tested. I have to say, their customer support is absolutely excellent. I get answers to my questions in seconds. Livestorm provided all the support we needed for our needs. The software also has much better aesthetic than other providers. We even had many of our partners compliment the software we used in our presentation.

Cons

The software is a little pricey but worth the cost. The only other con is that it only allows two presenters on stage at the same time.

Peace of mind. Most successful webinar to date. Ease of use. All the features and functions we want.

Pros

The process as a whole is very well rounded. Customer rep does a great job of making sure you're all setup and ready to go for your first webinar, learning the system (which is very simple), making sure to take care of any and all questions promptly. You can tell they care. When we had problems with other webinar software, we wouldn't get a response for days, and then would get a vague response with a link to a FAQ page. Customer rep and the team are very helpful and personal. I love that it's browser based, so neither myself nor attendees need to download anything or run anything. It makes the whole experience much smoother. It's almost like tuning into a podcast. Another thing I like about it is how easy it is to make a great landing page. That was important for us. Another thing is the ease of analytics. We can easily track UTM parameters and track performance of shares with the team, partners, and on different channels. Also, once you're in the webinar room, everything is so simple and easy to use. This is the biggest difference for us. For most platforms, once you get into the webinar room, everything is clunky and unintuitive. The webinar room does exactly what you want, easily, and it's intuitive. It took me about 5 minutes to comfortably do all the different things we needed to.
