Livestorm is a webinar software designed for freelancers and small to midsize businesses. Users can access the system from any browser, on mobile or desktop. It also provides audience segmentation, analytics, and native integrations with Slack and customer relationship management applications.

Livestorm can be used to present product demos, customer training, online courses, webcasts, interviews and live events. Users can simultaneously chat with other attendees of the webinar. The emailing tool enables users to import contacts and send invites to them for the webinar.  

With Livestorm analytics, users can analyze all their data, create polls during the webinar and capture the source of registrations.

Livestorm has built-in translations for emails, webinar rooms and landing pages. It supports French, English, Korean, Russian, Danish, Spanish and Portuguese. Support options include FAQs, a knowledge base, online support and video tutorials.

All I needed from webinar software out of the box

We educate our customers running webinars on a monthly basis.

Pros

It guided me through the creation and suggested things that I did not think of earlier. Invitation built-in, analytics is clear, follow up built-in, recording is automatic, sharing screen/videos is easy. I set my webinar withing minutes.

Cons

Pricing could be more affordable, but you know... we always want it.

Really good product but seriously lacking support

It's a great software for the price, especially since I've found other webinar platforms to be clunky and un-reliable. If they could just solve the issue of support during US work hours, it would make it perfect.

Pros

The interface is easy to navigate and we've had no drop-off time during webinars. I especially LOVE all the UTM and meta data that comes with each registration, making it easy to track what channels are performing well to drive webinar traffic.

Cons

ALL their support is based in France! Which is crazy since their product is available internationally. US teams should not need to wait over 24 hours for answers to quick one-off questions. This is particularly problematic when it's the day of the webinar and we need technical assistance ASAP.

You're correct in saying that we currently do not have a team-member handling support in the US timezone. As you say, our customers are everywhere in the world and that includes the US, so it's definitely something we're looking to change. We still do our best to reply to customers in a timely fashion, even outside of our business hours. Our median response time is under 20 minutes (13min in the past week to be precise), for all customers, including those in America. With that said, sometimes, customers will experience waiting times, and I'm sorry this was your experience. easy and functionality of the different buttons. Love the ability to export all the different data and how it sends an email reminder

there seems to be many ways of getting to a screen or setting that makes it complicated to search when you want to add a media or go to a room.

Excellent webinar service

Excellent service and feature, excellent support team also.

Pros

No software installation is required to participate to a webinar. It is very important for us as we do B2C webinar, the service must be very simple, and Livestorm is !

Cons

I found the first pricing threeshold a bit high for small companies not sure about webinar, but after our first one I'm sure I'll make the most of it now, organizing more webinars. And there's a free trial version to test it.

We found this webinar platform to be perfect for live-streaming educational videos.

The platform helped retain 100% of our audience during the webinar. The customizable registration page and pre-built email notifications are terrific .

Pros

The Livestorm team provided excellent support getting started upfront, the video tutorials were very useful to learn how to use the platform, and ultimately, we found the quality of the presentation was excellent.

Cons

The only shortcoming is the lack of ability to use PowerPoint slides with the webinar. PDF files work but the resolution needs improvement.

Very user Friendly tool. Attendees can join the webinar in a simple way. Customer service is awesome. The recording feature is awesome, where recordings can be used for future reference. It can be setup easily.

Cons

I feel that it is costly and Small organizations cannot afford to buy. This is the only cons i have.

Great software and smooth video and excellent audio

Pros

Easy to use, connect and great quality overall. Service is good as well.
You receive followups email all the time. You can sense that they are really interested in you, and be knowing if you are doing fine.

Cons

Can't think of anything. I mean, the first time I used it I was a bit lost and could not find the Start Webinar option. Maybe They could have had it bigger or vibrate or something.

Really easy to use, handeling almost everything for the webinar

Pros

That it takes care of subscriptions of users, analytics, ... Livestorm sends our users automatically mails that they can add the time slot to their calendar. An hour before it reminds them, and 5 minutes before to go to the webinar also that it sends the recording to everybody. (show ups and no shows)

Cons

I do have some small hick ups in the webinar experience when using the beta HD feature. But the team responds well and helps me quickly.

Why didn't I use this sooner!

Everything from the industry leading products for a fraction of the price!

Pros

Monthly payment - can cancel at any time and just pay when you need it!
User interface is very intuitive
Has most of the key features of "Superior Software" for a fraction of the cost
Customer Service team are friendly and helpful
The translation engine is superb for setting up webinars with our overseas customers

Cons

You cannot record from a media file, just a shared window.
You can only have one host on a license (however the great workaround given is that you can share your login details and 'the host' can change the name to their name).

A great, and easy to use system aiding our customer success team in further delighting our clients.

Lead generation and comunicating our USP's to clients, whilst also information sharing on how to use our own system.

Pros

It's super easy to use and simple structure.
Serves as customer success tool, as well as lead generation for enticing potential clients.
Great chat/question features
The 'go on stage' features makes for great all team involvement.

Cons

The team log in capablities are limited, but we managed to still get everyone involved - other than that, a solid system.

Livestorm has the best customer service and customer success staff. They listen and deliver.

Pros

It is a well priced alternative that is constantly improving. The Livestorm staff are also very engaged with you throughout your buying journey and after you purchase the software. The web html plugin feature is also very easy to deploy on our site and looks great. We have speakers and attendees with all types of technical abilities, and we've yet to have complaints of difficulties or confusion.

Cons

They currently do not provide call-in numbers, but they have stated that it is on the roadmap. We have to use a separate product (Skype) to support this feature.

Very smooth, incredibly easy to use.

Getting customers up to date with a webinar is incredibly easy using Livestorm. By taking the headache out of the preparation process and the technical side, it allows us to focus more on the actual content.

Pros

Everything is very straightforward. Instead of jumping through hoops, Livestorm allows you to focus on the actual webinar instead of the hassle before or after.

Cons

Recording quality. If this would be Full HD, that would be wonderful! As it stands, it's 720. Minor gripe, though.

Livestorm stands out in webinar software

Pros

Livestorm brings some great advantages compared to many other tools we looked at: no need to download a plugin, easy setup, beautiful landing page, automated emails and much more. And we like the "meeting room" a lot.

Cons

On-demand webinars work with a work-around but should be supported natively (this feature is in development right now).

Very simple to use, customer service is top quality.

Pros

I was looking for a webinar tool which was easy to setup webinars and researched on different options online and found Livestrom. They have attractive UI. Recording the sound and image are good so for! They have cool team for support.

Cons

features like media on replay, Facebook and Youtube live are on the table or under beta. The software is a little pricey but worth the cost.
