Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy configuration, lot of usefull features, awesome UI and UX who makes the soft easy to use.

  • Easy to use, works on all my customers devices (no need plugin installation)

  • Cons

  • The quality of the recorded replays could be better, but they are working on it. Other than that, its all great!

  • I there were a connection between our WooCommerce store and Livestorm without Zapier; otherwise, it's perfect.

  • Pros

  • It's as easy to use as facebook, which almost everyone uses, so it's easy to use. It's a great tool for integration at a company level. We get to know each other's faces, interests, work, etc.

  • It's a great way to boost morale, learn new things, and it's all in one place. Easy to use, and fun!

  • Cons

  • I'd only recommend it to large companies because the premium service is quite pricy and the free standard edition quails in comparison.

  • Wish we could move posts, if people post in the wrong groups. Other than that, we are very happy and they are always adding new features.
