One of our biggest complaints that caused a bit of disruption in our first event was that the table labels were too small for users to read, therefore they were moving around to the wrong tables.

Video conference tools were helpful, but networking was impossible. Remo gives an opportunity to feel like live networking.

An improved version of Sococo: good performance, great screen share and whiteboard, good user interface. Less stupid name as well.

The current noreply name turns people off and usually ends up in spam or junk. I think that would be a tremendous added feature to consider.

It is a friendly software, easy to handle, you can transfer files safely and it works on various devices.

I have been on many platforms -- all attempting to create a virtual conference and or meeting space, this is by far the worst of them all.

I love the fact you can have conversations at a table and the knock knock things is cute. Overall the platform is as if you are hosting a real life event, but via the comfort of your own home.

Good communication from company about updates and new features, basic user guides are shared for distribution. Company seems honest, will prorate the cost of a subscription if you cancel early.

Remo provides the best audio and video quality of any platform we've used -- better than Zoom. The ability to switch rooms is also relatively seamless.

The other challenge is that speakers need to be savvy enough to set themselves onto broadcast, as there is no built-in functionality for av 'production.

I absolutely LOVE the ability to break a larger meeting into sub-meetings, discussions or tabletop conversations. In particular the ease of moving between groups is a valuable feature.

Their customer service team was incredibly attentive and responsive. Their virtual tours, strategy sessions and other training opportunities really helped us get the most out of the platform.
