Great platform for study groups

I am a psychotherapist specializing in a specific therapeutic technique. I use it to organize materials and share it with other community members

Pros

It's easy to use and share materials with others

Cons

Honestly, nothing. I love it. Maybe a couple extra GB for the free version.

Samepage brings ideas together!

I think Samepage is an awesome tool to use for communicating throughout all levels of our organization. The simple flow is easy enough for anyone to learn how to quickly use this.

Pros

Simple to learn and use communication keeps everyone in touch and on the "same page"

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like about it!

Samepage is a great program for task assignment and project management, and interoffice comms.

Pros

This software allows our whole company to use one place to keep all our tasks in line. It allows the owners of our company to go in and see how tasks and jobs are going whenever they choose. It is a great program and our team really loves it.

Cons

I have not yet found anything other than not being able to attach documents unless you have created a page. You cannot just add a document to a folder.

Samepage for a learning cohort

My experience with Samepage, especially my customer support questions has been extremely positive. I have enjoyed getting familiar with the platform, and utilizing it has been quite easy for me.

Pros

Samepage easily lets us share documents and feedback to each other. Our purposes require a small-medium sized cohort to access a shared cache of documents. The editing tools to make each page aesthetically different are useful and powerful enough for our use.

Cons

Some of the less tech-savvy members of the cohort have great difficulty with the software. As someone who is experienced with computers, I don't have any trouble myself. The tutorial/help documents are very long and intimidating to a user who maybe only needs to know about a couple features.

Samepage review

Less phone calls more chat, doesn't sound like a big deal but when you are an executive officer and have several items you are working, the capability to reduce phone calls and emails is a blessing. Makes multi-tasking more manageable.

Pros

Very easy to use, alerts the user when you have a member wanting to chat. The system updates the latest files without an issue. The free version is very good, offering the user several quality tools for your team. I am my company's VP and find Samepage very useful and insightful. I have used their competitors programs as well and I believe Samepage is a better quality base program with more bang for your buck!

Cons

I cannot delete the chat records thereby reducing the memory usage of the program.

Love it

I like the fact that you can electronically all co- workers about the events that happened through your shift. And if you accidentally left something out, your co-worker can review samepage.

Pros

It's easy to communicate with your co-workers.

Cons

I like everything about it! It is super easy to use

Great for keeping my high school robotics team all on the same page!

Our team needed a replacement for Wiggio when they shut-down. We looked at various team management and group collaboration sites, and came across Samepage which, quite honestly, offered the best free options. After over 2 years of using Samepage, we are still very pleased.

Pros

Easy to use teams & sub-teams.
Easily customizable pages to organize upcoming events/projects.
Lots of file storage.
Easy to use mobile app.
GREAT customer service! Anytime you need some help, they are happy to work with you!

Cons

It can be a bit too easy for people to accidentally delete events and some page content. A little user training goes a long way to help this.
Event reminder notifications don't clear from the mobile app.

Worthy, but not perfect

Pros

We used the application for only a few months. During this time, the following positive aspects emerged: a decent system of notifications and comments, open code, a good search by filters, the presence of a schedule, templates and reports.

Cons

In comparison with Asana, it has a lower degree of integration with various services. There is no messaging system, the percentage progress tracking function is not built in, which is extremely inconvenient.

Great collaboration solution

Pros

Our company uses SamePage to efficiently organize collaboration on projects. This software solution gives us a convenient opportunity to complete the installation and manage work tasks.

Cons

SamePage design is not original. The mobile application sometimes starts to function slowly. A small list of third-party services available for synchronization.

Love Samepage!

Best communication tool our organization has ever used. For over 20 years we have been looking for something that worked for everyone, from the officers to the board to members to associates to advisors. Samepage is it. I would highly recommend Samepage to every business, club, nonprofit, school and organization out there. We truly do run our association through it. It is how we get things done.

Pros

It is easy to use and has great technical support. The calendar, the storage, the individual groups (aka teams) and the file sharing work seamlessly for everyone.

Cons

I don't believe I have any complaints as of now.

Comprehensive and Enjoyable

It's been very handy and has enhanced communication across our company.

Pros

Conversations can be separated by topic. Within our Payroll chat, we can have a page for each Pay Date so that we can see what issues were discussed for that one process.

Cons

It's a little complicated to switch between pages when you see a new alert but I've learned to just keep clicking on things until I find a new message or update.

Excellent and affordable

The customer service is excellent. They respond almost immediately to any question and listen well on new ideas and build them into actual use.

Pros

Very intuitive and easy to learn. Most of the shortcuts are natural and familiar. Does an excellent job of connecting teams across organizations in a secure manner. Has become a source of truth for our cross functional teams due to it's record keeping. Great and very functional mobile app

Cons

Took a while to integrate with Outlook; The web platform is good but not as good as the desktop or mobile app.

My Team is on the SamePage now!

I am still using SamePage even though I've moved on to a different job. I'm still a digital nomad and I find it's accountability features to be unparalleled with any other collaboration program. I got my new company to adopt SamePage rather than the crap program they were using and we're all better for it! Thanks SamePage!

Pros

Most of the organizational products out there are a little difficult to navigate at first. It's hard to argue tho. In order for them to get us organized it takes a little work to understand their features. I can say with all honesty that SamePage was the easiest to understand right away. After playing with it for about 15 minutes I considered myself a SamePage pro. The best way to experience all SamePage has to offer is to create a practice group. Just a heads up!

I'm a digital nomad. I work on the road and never go into a home office. I needed a program wherein I could prove to my bosses I was working and give them opportunities to chime in on what was going on--to redirect me at their discretion. Mission Accomplished with SamePage. I created weekly to do lists that listed my appointments and goals. I was able to attach pictures and documents with ease that supported my work. Once I added my supriors to the group they had access 24 hours a day to what I was doing. I never had to send them anything. It was always there for them to drop in and check at any time, any day of the week. I was able to track my progress on goals and todo's and so were they. Just ideal for a digital nomad like me!

Cons

There really weren't any cons. It took me a little while to figure out how to add documents. It's all a part of the on-ramping process so it wasn't that big of a deal.

The best system of minutes

It's a system that I liked a lot, the best I've tried so far

Pros

The system is very intuitive, allows you to create minutes with custom fields, share the minutes creating a WEB link without the need to give access by means of a license, it allows you to attach files and they are opened via web, it creates assignments with type Task, it has space for Chat, and additional you can make videoconferences.

Cons

It does not have good functions to perform searches, this affects you when you have many minutes and many users from different areas intervene

Multifunctional and convenient service for collaboration

Pros

When we work on large projects, we use the SamePage service. With this tool you can manage employee tasks. It is possible to invite customers to the system. Document versioning is supported.

Cons

Personally, I really lack the ability to track the current progress of work done by employees. Also there is no possibility to create and use ready-made templates for projects.

Cons

Some pages can not be viewed entirely without scrolling to the right.

Great software for teams

It has been a useful tool to work on specific team projects, without having to send multiple emails and having the risk of losing track of inputs from different team members.

Pros

The possibility to edit texts simultaneously with other team members and have integrated polls

Cons

Cost is per user, which adds up quickly for larger teams
