  • Pros

  • The customer service and attention to detail was excellent. We could not have asked for a better team to help execute our digital conference.
  • Smart platform, easy accessibility, classy visuals, easy to set-up, EXCELLENT support from team, very intuitive to use.
  • Cons

  • When this problem was discovered the staff at vFairs quickly responded. They adjusted the page layouts so that all of the data was visible.
  • There were occasional message lag from rooms you may have left or are in. I personally missed a chat with a recruiter because of this bug.

  • I like the customer service Vonage offers and the ability to have set up a business line that is cloud based.
  • The quality of connection, ease of using, and all the features that include text, SMS, and managing your logs are the best features, and the integration with the business is easy.
  • Cons

  • Then without warning Simulring and Call Forwarding no longer works outside of a few countries. I rely on this service which they just cut off.
  • Often the sync features did not work as advertised. My employees had a lot of trouble working with the software and customer support was extremely poor from a knowledge standpoint.
