"Creative Cloud does everything Adobe, all of the media creation and editing, but with the added benefit of cloud-based management makes it more lightweight and accessible to projects from different places - it is a welcome but at times a bit lackluster evolution of their old platform."

"Adobe Acrobat Reader is a robust platform with useful features such as editing reliability to handle a variety of pfd document and offer strong security."

"The regular updates and cloud syncing features are also a big plus, as they ensure I always have the latest tools and can access my work from different devices."

### Cons

"Cancellation policy became draconian, charging an unreasonably large sum to cancel, and further entrapping users by not having any option to cancel auto-renewal."

"That said, the high cost and steep learning curve make it less ideal for casual users or small businesses who only need lightweight design or editing tools. And while Adobe continues to innovate with AI tools and cloud integration, the performance demands and cloud quirks can be frustrating."

"Also, there is a subscription fee, which can begin to get expensive if the entire staff isn't using all of the apps, which is the case with a small agency like ours."
