Overall it's pleasant to use Wisecut. My consultancy business always needs one-on-one interviews with executives. Looking for tools to help my team to streamline editing in posts. I found wisecut and tested several 15-20 minutes video clips and the final cut I got is a quality 8-10 minutes with subtitles. So much potential to be better handling multi-language (Indonesian, English) in the next release.

Pro 1. Simple and straightforward UI UX. 2. Automatically edit and voila completed. 3. Great quality transcribes output in English.

Cons: 1. Can do multiple outputs at the same time. 2. Indonesian Language (must-have for me) 3. Cover and End TItle page 4. Branding on video. 5. Faster processing the video (bit slow) 6. Additional tools like pictory would be great to have.

I am dedicated to developing educational content, and it has always been difficult for me to make my videos look better or more professional (due to equipment and editing skills issues). After doing a series of tests, I was immediately convinced by its ease of use and good results, it will undoubtedly be a tool that I will use for all my videos.

- The musicalization, for me it was very difficult to put background music and fight with the levels throughout the video, I never liked the result and ended up not putting anything, here it was automatic and the result was excellent. - Noise suppression, I don't have a booth, or a super microphone, so although I tried to clean the audio as much as possible, I always had some noise, here it was automatic, and also with the music it is perfect. - The cuts in the long pauses are excellent, the cuts are practically not noticeable and it greatly improves the rhythm of the video. - The editor or storyboard, with all the options, you can reverse a cut, choose the volume of the audio and the music, edit the subtitles, it is very well achieved.

- Edit my subtitles, I translated into another language, I had to fix some subtitles again and it was no longer possible for me to update the translation, I think it is something easy to fix. - Every time I edited something, I have to wait for the video to be generated again, it seems to me that it is a matter of learning how to use it better so as not to have to continually return to edit.

I employ WiseCut as an AI video editing feature eliminating the need for a full-on human video editor for pennies on the dollar and a fraction of the cost.

Speed, ease of use, bulk pricing (ie unlimited videos for the price). Decent quality. Has language and subtitle options.

The background noise, uploads and download times can be extremely slow.

Hugely frustrating. I've already moved to an alternative product.

Auto-cutting and transcription is strong. However, the application's storyboarding workflow is unworkable.

Unreliable video file uploads, lost uploads. Generally unworkable workflow.

It is a great product for someone who works by themselves, like me. It take a load off my back and allows me to be more productive with my time.

If you ever need to do video editing - consider Wisecut. It's hassle-free and I love how it saves my time and AI outcomes are pretty good.

I like that it's very easy to use, you just need to upload the raw footage and then tell Wisecut with few clicks what kind of editing you need and the AI then gets to the work. I'm pretty happy with the outcome and it saves several hours every week of my time.

Currently, you can't yet add text overlays - I hope that this will be implemented as a feature soon as well.

Before I would need to manually edit all silent moments in my 2-3 minute videos using something like Camtasia which is expensive. Then export, then use it in my other software... Wisecut does the silence removal for me, puches to a new 'zoom', and adds captions (quite well too). I can easily edit them if needed, which you will need to do a little bit of.

I like that it automatically cuts silent moments and "punches" to almost a different view/angle which looks like another camera is in the works.

I haven't found cons yet. It has served me well.

Saved so much time (and sanity). Really impressed with how much time it saved me - not to mention the frustration. I had 4 videos I needed to compile - the final rendering may have taken a bit longer than I would like if I were just doing one video (about 10-15 minutes for a 2 minute edited down video), but you can do them concurrently so I wasn't generally just waiting for anything which is what I feel like the video editing process has been for me in the past. Makes the idea of video content creation and vlogging so much more palatable.

The main reason you use this software is that it saves a lot of time in editing. Creating content is a fraction of the time it often takes to edit. This makes it really easy - just being able to clip out parts, move them, taking out the spaces so that it's a cohesive video... especially for things like video sales letters (VSL's), and web content. Really impressive.

There's a specific usecase for this - and it looks like they are working to add a lot of additional features - but the one they are doing really well makes this easily worth it. Looking at the roadmap it's already on there, but things like being able to upload your own music, being more granular about some of the video editing (you want the contrast and color to be what you want before uploading it - or you can upload video to clean up the spaces and edit out phrases to put into another editor for appearance). The rendering time could use a bit of work but if you're doing multiple videos, it can work concurrently.

It was a risk when I bought it because this type of software was new. Not only has it well exceeded my expectations, but Ivo at WiseCut is still improving things all the time. A really sound purchase and a great low price investment.

The way it cuts out all the mumbles, "ums" and "ahs" that I say. I simply stop for a few seconds and then carry on with the video knowing that WiseCut will cut out all the unwanted bits. I also like how I can edit and spell check the captioning.

Of course, I would like to make longer videos, but I have been so haopoy with it so far.

The ease of using it. I am not very techy and I was easily able to make it work in matters of seconds.

At the moment, I find it very useful and cannot really think of anything that is missing at this point.

I tested many online video editors and Wisecut has at least one feature that should be standard on every editor, really enjoying the time saved.

We just upload a video and let it do its magic! What can take hours to accomplish mannually Wisecut does in minutes. Cutting silences, zoom cuts, adding audio, enhancing audio, transcribing and captioning in minutes instead of hours.

It can be improved - for example more options for subtitle and caption customizing, the UX can be more streamlined and the export option can be improved adding the possibility to export the timeline and subtitles to third party editors .

Wisecut makes it possible for even the most non-tech-savvy individuals to edit their videos and create something very engaging and attractive. The AI features take care of the most important areas of video-editing and are mostly accurate.If you need a quick, simple video editor with low learning curve, Wisecut is a good option.

My favorite feature is being able to edit the video simply by deleting the unwanted text from the automatically generated transcript. This is a huge timesaver. Wisecut also has some great features like auto-cut which automagically removes the unwanted parts of the video, eg. silent pauses. The end result is a clean video without the boring parts. I also found the background music a great way to liven up the video - it really makes it more engaging. Lastly, the auto-subtitles are a must-have and are mostly accurate. To be honest there is nothing serious to dislike, it is more about refining the existing features. Improvements I'd like to see: - Folders to organise projects - Easier way to delete multiple projects at once (currently has to be done one by one.

Overall I have had a really great experience with Wisecut - I know there are areas that I need to improve in for my videos, but that's something I need to do for myself (not Wisecut's) issues.

First and foremost, Wisecut allowed me to begin producing high quality tutorials for my business without taking too much of my time. What I love most is that Wisecut has broken down the barriers for me to enter into the video space - something that I have been meaning to do, but always felt intimidated to learn new video editing software etc. Wisecut makes it so simple, all I have to do is record myself (easier than I thought it would be) and then let Wisevut do the rest. Since using Wisecut, I have already published 3 videos within as many days - and it feels great!

I have had some bumps in the road while using Wisecut - for some reason it was only loading up half of my outro video - no matter what I did. I submitted a ticket and the technical issue is now with support, however it was a bit inconvenient. Hopefully this is a one-off bug that can be resolved. Nonetheless, it didn't stop me from pumping out the content! I would also like a bit more styling control over the subtitles that are displayed in the video - it only allows one font style and very few color selections.

I use this product daily for the first round of cuts of all my videos. It has been perfect for editing testimonial videos and anything I am putting up quickly on social. For more refined videos you might be able to use this product for the first round of cuts.

This software has been a game-changer for me and time management. IT allows me to essentially do my first round of editing in seconds. The transcribe function is better than most I have used in the past and the fact it does some jump cuts here and there to make the video more engaging is excellent. If you are a creator, and if you are an entrepreneur in today's world you are, this is a must have.

I think the AI for transcribing will improve over time and would like to see some more background music selection. Would be cool to see a way for a selection of music to be selected based on video type? Perhaps the same idea for how many jump cuts it perfroms.

I love using WiseCut, it makes my videos look way better!

I love that I can upload a clip, and with a few clicks, Wisecut software will remove the dead spots in my video. Wisecut will add captions, I can select music tracks that will be synced to the video.

I would like the max file size to be larger.

Overall it's very simple to use WiseCut. No, it's not a full-blown video editor, but it's also not intended to be. It helps automate some of the manual work that you have to do in normal video editor's. From WiseCut, I export it and plug the video into one of my full-blown video editors to apply final touches. I'd say it probably cuts about 30% of the work out of my video editing workflow. Which translates into a substantial amount of time saved.

It helps cut out a lot of pieces from my content that I'd otherwise have to do manually.

There's not much that I don't like about it other than maybe having a few more video editing features built in. When editing the videos on WiseCut, sometimes I find myself wanting to be able to do a little more like speed a certain clip up, slow a clip down into slow-motion, etc. Those added controls would be nice and I think they'd fit in really well with the product. Otherwise, I think it's good for what it's intended to do.

I was skeptical at first, is and AI really going to be able to do a quality job of editing the video. To me it sounded to good to be true. I was wrong. This tools does make editing videos easier. The actual editing that you can do once you turn loose the AI is limited so I have been running the AI editor getting that video and adding overlays and other titles as needed.

Wisecut is very easy to get started and use for editing your videos right away. I like to general look and feel and ease of use. I like the ability to "burn" the captions into the video or you can simply have wisecut create the captions for your to download and use.

I thought I might be able to use the AI features to splice video together "magically" but that was not really my experience. I think I was trying to use the software for a use case that was not considered - I wanted to put together pieces of the same content but one with the gallery view and the other the speaker view. In general there are some limitations that you may face depending on how sophisticated your project is but for simple editing, this project is a dream

So far so satisfying. I would recommend this tool especially to video editors so that they too can save time like me

The reason I have wisecut is the auto delete for all pause in video timeline feature. The second is the transcription which is longer than other competing products on appsumo. The interface makes it easy for me to edit the wrong subtitles, of course, as great as the AI is, it's still possible to mistranslate. But with its interrelated features, it allows me to save hours of time. I think this is one of the most valuable investments on blackfriday.

Unfortunately wisecut is not yet grammatically connected. If it is already. this will be a very powerful tool. second, Wisecut is still limited to transcription only into a few languages. Compared to other tools that have been able to translate into 70 other languages.

This has been very easy software to implement. From AI-powered jump cuts, smart background music, the AI storyboard tool, and auto-transcribed captions, this couldn't get much better.

This is just what my firm has been looking for. We produce a lot of testimonial videos for our clients, and the amount of time we spend editing out those pregnant pauses and transcribing for subtitles is more than I care to calculate. This is going to be a huge time saver.

I haven't found any features that are missing that makes this app less efficient. Integration into our work processes has been easy and seamless.

I don't produce that much video, so it does meet my needs for social media.

I love the ability to edit silences, and the punch in/out feature.

Not being able to edit word-by-word, but that is on their roadmap and should be available soon.

- Taking out pauses is a great time saver and it even zooms in after the cropped sections making the seem fit better for the edited video. - I like the ease of the transcriptions, even though I talk fast. The editor is easy for adjusting transcriptions and downloading them to use in other programs. - I like that we can add basic audio for the video with a simple toggle. - I like that I could take trimmed parts out to make a whole other video. - I like that we can add an end section or intro on the video by simply adding a section.

- I wish they had a way to add a simple logo to the main video. - It would also be nice to be able to increase the volume of the added audio on some occasions. - The interface can be clunky. I have to upload, wait, then click to edit while keeping the screen open.

I was looking for a video editor that would be easy to use and affordable. Wisecut was that software. I can use it to create split screen videos, subtitles, and more. The AI technology is also great, recognizing who is who in the video and automatically adding subtitles. This is a great tool for anyone who needs to edit videos on the go.

They could expand the video length feature.
