Till now I liked it a lot because of its simplicity. Compared to the cost it’s more then enough for me.

I am still getting to know the software, but I am enjoying the opportunity to create more unique looking social media content. I also love that it is video focused.

We ran into issues with the program loading indefinitely, and it was a glitchy mess trying to put together videos using our own footage.

It's a powerful tool that let you create a very good final videos, with excellent quality and very low size.

Super easy to use and they are constantly adding new features. When I was getting acclimated in teh beginning, the support over chat went out of their way to be helpful.

My favorite video-making app is Wave, because it makes making videos super easy for me. They have tons of templates and audio files that work well.

The selection and ease for creating, downloading and launching to social media sites. Training and FB community are awesome.

Good user experience, the ability to work on videos easily is a game changer for quick easy projects.

Wave makes it possible for us to either create videos for them at a very affordable price or we train them on how to use the platform themselves.

I know that the company is experiencing problems, but I question whether its code base is solid. I'm afraid that I'll create a video and I won't be able to access it.

Also poor stock library. You will probably have to provide your own stock footage or purchase one of the paid ones.

The stock images/videos, the ease of use, excellent quality, price is just right...love it.

I seem to have problems uploading video all the time.

It's quite laggy when you need to perform simple edit functions, and takes a long time to render. These problems don't occur with similar softwares which I also use simultaneously.

Also, as an agency, missing being able to add additional users to an account with each having their own unique login credentials and permission levels.

There's a good selection of videos, although it might be nice to have more free choices, and lots of good music choices too.

Lack of costomization can be frustrating when you have a specific idea in mind and can't execute within the limits of the software.

Music is generally good although I can't seem to figure out to save my favorites. Wish I could assign music to my brands.

Wave Video is a comprehensive package that is continually improved and updated. Could not ask for a more responsive team.

Customer Service is SUPERB though. If ever I have had any questions I was helped online very quickly and pleasant.

Also, customer service is very responsive. I use Wave in our company marketing program to produce professional-looking videos.

I think integration with social media is great and it’s made it easier to optimize your project to the network.

They know their product and have pleasant to deal with. The customer service reponse times are great and they are very helpful.

Wave is easy to use, has a lot of good Stock-Pictures and -Videos and Stickers. It´s easy to create a good looking video for social media.

Huge library with quality images and videos, both free and paid <3. Very dedicated team behind the program, they want you to succeed.

My one complaint is that customer service is quite poor and the turnaround time for customer inquiries is too long.

Easy to use, good integration with your brand, outputs for lots of different formats.

It has been excellent with great customer support, nifty features such as GIF and stickers, excellent asset and music library and more.

Difficult to collaborate, organization and browsing is a bit clunky.

It can get costly over time. I am tossing up with a few different alternatives.

They have partnerships with course hosting companies such as Podia, of which I am a customer of. All the features Wistia have are excellent, the quality is awesome.

I really like the ease of use with this program, it is very easy to get started. I like that it is free to use with limitations, but not too many.

It's good value for your money in a professional setting. Fast streaming & loading when embedded.

Wistia has focused in video marketing and it has a lot of options that let monetize for video and to secure content.

It was good to review the ads a company made for our restaurant. I found it pretty easy to use and give feedback to people.

The myriad of features to help with video marketing tactics are amazing.

Maybe the only bad thing that I would stress about this software is that the prices on some occasions and depending on what you use it for are very high.

This software is incredible. The company is engaging and offers inspiring posts to their customer base and their User Community is fantastic.

But since I am not the one paying for it, it is not a concern. If you can afford it, great - it is excellent quality software and video hosting.

They are true video marketers, and the software they have created has awesome tech. The API's and SDK's work very well and are easy to use.

The only complaint I have is that the reporting was not always 100% accurate.

The cost is amazing for the features  and compared to other video hosting companies the cost can't be beat. I love how they keep the platform simple and easy to use.

You can use it very easily it is user friendly.

While there are a lot of customization options, they can be a bit difficult to find. Pricing can be a bit expensive.

Wistia has a good support team, a lot of positives vibes here.

Combined with the ability to embed completed videos with impressive analytics, Wistia is ticking several boxes.

I LOVE that we are able to make emails look nice and professional by downloading the widget in gmail - it quickly pulls videos we have created and shows the opening slide/title vs. just having a link.

Excellent for anyone with a video or production focused company that is looking to share there video with clients and get feedback from colleagues and clients.
