-   Camtasia makes it easy to combine screen recordings, PowerPoint slides, and external images in a single project, which is essential for my consulting deliverables.
    
-   I find it really hard to zoom in to the right place on the canvas and there don't seem to be scroll bars to move it once I'm zoomed in, so I end up zooming in and out again and again to try and see the area I want to.

-   We also stopped using Descript while they were investigating because we did not feel it was safe to keep working in the platform. If that one-month refund was meant to cover the time we could not use the service during the investigation, that still does not address the real damage.
