Pros/Cons
Pros
- You need a bit to dive in but the templates help a lot in understanding. Overall I am very satisfied and a proud member of the all access club - love the monthly updates.
- I like the Creative Team of CS. They listen to customers and tried the best they can to make it affordable and powerful.
- It's has a pretty strong set of abilities and it's easy to use them. Great options for the price you pay.
Cons
- The fact that it is an online software, could do with offline because Africa has poor network and it gets frustrating at times.
- Lack of rear view of characters, and lack of forward/backward actions.
- I also realize this can be time-consuming. Also, there is no way to add your own custom fonts to the program which is annoying.
Pros
- Also, its fantastic community is such a lovely place to be. Using Krita was definitely a pleasant experience for me, with some hiccups, that are bound to be fixed.
- I appreciated most its competitive pricing (which is to say, it's free.) I also liked that it's relatively easy to figure out the graphics part.
- I really enjoy using Krita, it is extremely user friendly and offers a wide selection of free brushes for me to use. The cool filters and effects help make my drawings and animations stand out.
Cons
- Very hard to use and understand how to use the features, I actually became very frustrated trying to use this program.
- It looks a little outdated and can be frustrating to figure out where the tools are at until you get used to it.
- There is a bug that makes the tool cursor stuck on color selector.
