Pros/Cons
Pros
- This was 1 of 10 programs that I tested for video editing, and Filmora won. Super easy to use and manipulate videos and the packs that you can add in are amazing.
- The product is very good and works perfectly fine considering the price in which it is available.
- This software is best for the new user. This software has good animation, good effects which makes the video effective.
Cons
- I hate Filmora because it hangs very much which makes it hard for me to work with it because of my many projects which sometimes are urgent.
- The learning curve is very short and basic as it comes. My husband uses Adobe Premiere Pro and the learning curve is so steep that I became intimidated and frustrated.
- The new upgraded version is so disappointing because it removed some features of the old one which were necessary like the video speed control. Nothing more to dislike about this.
Pros
- Lots of different options makes this one of the best tools around, and to make the video how you want, great for social media and love the ability to make gifs.
- When you start using digital for a living it IS important to find good products that are free and easy to use. Kapwing is realky helping me as à community manager.
- Excellent tool for video editing on the fly. I love the community that Kapwing is curating and the friendly support.
Cons
- You have to start the whole thing over again and at times that still does not work. You reach out to customer service on all platforms and no one answers or respond.
- The video processing is an absolute nightmare; it gives you no indication that something is at least happening, which really drives me crazy at times.
- Due to the horrible functionality of the product it took me most of Saturday and ALL DAY Sunday to finish a project that really shouldn't have taken longer then 30 min.
