This has been like that for from 2018 when I started to use it. Recording is easy and video storage quota is huge. With a Chrome browser and Hippo Plugin+online logging, the recording works 99% when you don't record more than 1hour. #### Cons Unfortunately long video recording somewhere about 90minutes are most likely to fail every time. This may be related to the HD full desktop recording, where the file size exceeds over one 1GB. Recording will stop and the file is lost or corrupted. This issue has been there since from the beginning and the support team hasn't been able to fix it at all. So a full online training day is still impossible to be recorded, unfortunately.If I record 1+ hour recording, I can't stop it and instantly make a new recording because the browser is still sending data to database and then processing recording. I would not call it business problems what Hippo Video is solving, but it made my workflow immensely more structured and straightforward. It must be said. I had some, for me, challenging questions for a project I was managing. Boom. Sir, would it be convenient for you if we would set up a call and go over your specific use case? Well, yes. That gave me a good feeling about the product, purely due to the proactive attitude. I had still to setup Hippo Video, but I felt very confident it would work. #### Cons Some parts of the user interface are not that clear at first glance. Everything you need is all within the Hippo Video platform! Zoom can't touch this! 2. Easily create or record videos for free at the start of a button. I happened to pop into hippo video and I could not have asked for more. The icing on the cake was the 'Teleprompter feature' which makes my job much easier. Hats off Hippo video for this amazing product and I am sure they will keep integrating new awesome features in the future.
