Pros/Cons
Pros
- Not only is the software easy to implement, and successful in what it does, but the Customer Service is amazing.
- It has an excellent integration with other platforms like YouTube or facebook. It is very easy to use, with just a few touches you can create very good videos with your cell phone.
- After using the Free trial version for a while , I liked that the app is some kind of easy to use , easy screen recording and the videos is available to be downloaded.
Cons
- In some occasions I have had problems with the pages, which has frozen what I do not allow for working.
- You can only edit some basic, no effect they offer.
- At times the quality is low/uploading is slow. This could have a few different problem sources, I'm still working out all of the kinks linked.
Pros
- I'm very happy with it, the benefits are just immeasurable. If you are someone who expresses a message or communicates best face to face than an email or call then this is the tool you need.
- Finding a tool that I could integrate with hubspot was brilliant. The personalisation is superb due to the HubSpot Marketing Hub integration.
- The support team is even amazing and on top of things. Easy to talk to, they are human and arent snooty like the other platforms.
Cons
- It was a little frustrating trying to figure out how to do something with the program to later learn that was only available via the browser extension.
- Also I used it when there is confusion or a problem over time.
- Loom is older and has been around longer; however, if SendSpark continues to be this awesome, I'll cancel my Loom subscription.
