Pros/Cons
Pros
- Not only is the software easy to implement, and successful in what it does, but the Customer Service is amazing.
- It has an excellent integration with other platforms like YouTube or facebook. It is very easy to use, with just a few touches you can create very good videos with your cell phone.
- After using the Free trial version for a while , I liked that the app is some kind of easy to use , easy screen recording and the videos is available to be downloaded.
Cons
- In some occasions I have had problems with the pages, which has frozen what I do not allow for working.
- You can only edit some basic, no effect they offer.
- At times the quality is low/uploading is slow. This could have a few different problem sources, I'm still working out all of the kinks linked.
Pros
- What I like the most about this tool is that it helps me focus on visual attractions for my prospects and instead of just typing what I want to get across I can just show them.
- Vidyard screen recording software of good qualities that I really appreciated. The videos recorded are of better quality and good image.
- The analytics VidYard captures is simply addictive (in a great way), providing great information about who, when, and their experience with the videos. Competitive price and fast customer service.
Cons
- Sometimes when I include a Vidyard link in my email it ends up in the spam folder of the recipient. I haven't yet found a fix for this.
- There is not much I don't like about this. The videos are hosted on their site and if you delete from your library the video is no longer available to view.
- As with many software, there are some features that are limited if you don't use de paid version.
