I really like that it is very easy to put soundtracks and background music. I like that voice over its easier to use those other apps.

The major complaint I have is that there's no way to move certain kinds of text around the frame.

It's great for what I use it for. We make simple, fun and silly videos.

It was annoying that you can't add a thumbnail image to the film.

It can be a bit confusing to start using. Adding audio and then cutting the video can cause the audio to no longer be in sync.

You can clearly see the “Apple philosophy” in the interface of iMovie as it is as simple as a video editor can be. The elegant and clean interface is very intuitive to use and great for beginners.

When I first got into making videos for my Youtube channel I used an old camcorder and horrible editing software that was built into the camera.

Otherwise, you may face fatal errors that at least for me, the community advice didn't not help to solve it.

Useful and easy application to move. It could have more transition effects but overall it's very good.

The ability to add music, text and create professional looking movies without any watermark. I also enjoy using the trailers... they have been particularly helpful to me in promoting my content.

If I want to edit something it does not depend if I am near my computer or on which is great. Also i really like the fact that it auto saves everything you do so you never lose your progress.

IMovie comes with great templates, and my favorite text animation is the Star Wars type text template. I also love the color filters like Sepia, black and white, etc.

Moreover, iMovie has great integration with other Apple products such as iCloud, iMovie on iPhone and even Apple TV to view your movies.

It's one of those out of the box Apple products that come with most Apple technology. When I movie first came out it was an easy application and very inexpensive.

The quick and easy creation of the courses gives us the opportunity to visualize even smaller complex topics  according to the lerners needs.

The Videos cannot be divided into Folders (e.g. Windows Folders), which makes the structure quite confusing.

We'd also want to highlight the effectiveness of the support team that are helpful in resolving some of our issues with the software.

It's easy enough to use, pretty much you don't need any setting up, you can just start and use it right away.

The software is easy to use, you don't need any long introduction to be able to produce good quality movies or trainings.

Limited graphics and presentation styles are available.

Some features were missing, but are promised to come soon. PPT-Slides are not easy to be integrated in an existing video - usability problem.

I can create numerous eLearning content for our training modules, which is one of the critical advantages of this system.

The employees seems to be motivated to deliver a good serivce. Missing features can be integrated later in the solution - feedback from customers is welcome.

One disadvantage is that, while modifying interactions may be complete rapidly, assigning interactions can be challenging at times, especially in the editing and presentation of interaction boxes.
