### Pros

"We are a small nonprofit organization and purchased InVideo based on its advertised ability to “create videos without limit” and generate complete videos from simple prompts with “no editing needed.”"

"The interface is intuitive, the templates are high‑quality, and the AI features save a ton of time. Whether I’m making short‑form content or longer videos, the workflow is smooth and reliable."

"The templates look great, the editor is simple to use, and the AI features save me a ton of time. Whether I’m making Reels, Shorts, or longer videos, it helps me get polished results fast."

### Cons

"In the confusion of the moment, I upgraded to an annual subscription believing it might solve the credit issues, only to find the costs continued to stack up. When I reached out to customer support, I was met with form responses, tutorial links, and an initial refusal to acknowledge the issue. Despite my attempts to resolve this professionally and explain that the billing structure was unclear, I was only offered a small partial refund for one credit bundle, while the significant costs of the annual subscription and other charges remained."

"In our case, simply attempting to generate a video—without downloading or exporting any usable content—consumed credits and made us ineligible for a refund. Since the platform did not produce a usable result, there was no meaningful way to evaluate the service without immediately forfeiting refund eligibility."

"There were sync and video issues that had nothing to do with me but in less than 48 hours I was out almost $200 with nothing and their refusal to refund the monies paid."
