-   We are a small nonprofit organization and purchased InVideo based on its advertised ability to “create videos without limit” and generate complete videos from simple prompts with “no editing needed.”
    
-   In the confusion of the moment, I upgraded to an annual subscription believing it might solve the credit issues, only to find the costs continued to stack up. When I reached out to customer support, I was met with form responses, tutorial links, and an initial refusal to acknowledge the issue. Despite my attempts to resolve this professionally and explain that the billing structure was unclear, I was only offered a small partial refund for one credit bundle, while the significant costs of the annual subscription and other charges remained.
