As someone who casually likes to edit videos, this software is great! Recently I visited a concert which I wanted to make a small private aftermovie from, which I could upload to Instagram. I just selected the right format, picked the right files and with a bit of easy editing I had a nice video!

As a negative, I would have to say that I was not able to change a video in landscape mode to portrait mode. So I was not able to use the videos, even though I wanted to. Which was quite a bummer. Next to that I would like to have a transition whereby the video and sound overlap each other and 1 of the other slowly fades away.

The ease of use was the most defining factor in choosing Movavi. I was trained in Adobe Premiere Pro and there's so much to learn, but with Movavi, I immediately picked up the program with no training. It was very intuitive. Importing video files was very easy and it "just worked" where Adobe failed in importing the full video file without troubleshooting.

It doesn't seem as complicated as Adobe Premiere Pro... but that's not much of a con.

I had never edited a video before. I had the first one where I had to combine several videos including their audios at the same video file, where they can be played together. Since I used Mac, I tried another apple program first, but changed to Movavi video editor pretty fast. Once I started working with it, I realized how easy it can be. The only disadvantage, for me, was the very high price.

User experience and how easy it is to use

The price is unfortunately too high. Which is pretty disappointing. I had only one file to edit (for now), and didn't see a reason to pay so much for one time use.

The software is very easy to use, it doesn't require too high system specifications and hence can run on 70-80% of computer systems.

I feel like an auto-captioning feature could be added

I consider the software excellent, but expensive. For those who can afford it, it's worth paying. For those who cannot afford to use it, do not waste your time as you will not be able to save your results.

Easy to use, even for those who are just starting out or have never edited videos before. Intuitive and with several features that are discovered as you use it.

The fact that you are only alerted about payment at the end of using the software is a huge disappointment, as not everyone is able to pay a high price for the software.

I have had no commercial problems with this software but I have benefited enormously because the software I was using before was very expensive compared to Movavi Video Editor although it gave about the same output.

My name is Gregoire. Recently I needed a video editing software for my youtube channel. I searched the net and found Movavi video Editor which was cheap and very easy to use as it only took me a few minutes to adapt. It has lots of special effects, filters, transitions, and a lot of other modifications to have a very nice rendering. It also supports almost all video formats.

So the only small problem I found on it is that the export time (conversion) is very high even though I have a pretty good pc.

I love the experience that comes with using this video editing software. You do not need to be doing any complex activities to get any sort of results. The tools are powerful and straight to the point, no frequently crashes cos updates are being made more often.

The AI features helps one apply certain effects. The quality of the exported content is amazing andeet the industry level. Templates gives one an idea of design and edits along with inspiration to produce unique content. I love it.

So far i haven't been having problems with using Movavi Video Editor Plus, everything runs smoothly.

Overall experience with it is superb, to be honest. It's just a basic video editor for simple edits. Of course, you're not going to edit an entire movie here, but you can create professional social media videos.

I used Movavi a lot for vertical videos I needed to upload to clients accounts, mostly memes and comedy videos. It's really easy and quick to edit videos in it, and while it doesn't have a lot of effects and tools to use, the basics are there. If you keep it simple, Movavi will help. Interface is intuitive, mostly for beginners. And export is fairly easy, it has a ton of formats.

Could have more tools and effects, and free to use, feels like everything is paid. There's no collaboration tools on it. Software crashes a lot if you import a lot of files. It doesn't update a lot.

Very charming, the program has something that many others don't have, and that is that it encourages us to continue editing and create out projects.

It's really easy to use, it has many tutorials and GUI is very intuitive, even for those who have never edited. It has many effects, animations and transitions that will give our project a very nice touch. Also has lot of export formats and different qualities.

Perhaps, being a program "focused" on beginners, it lacks some functionalities that can be found in other programs, but this doesn't make it a bad option at all.

This software helps me to accomplish my daily activities.

The thing I like mostly about this app is that it gives you more editing options to choose from including adjusting the side of the video in ratio.

What I like least about this app is that it reduces the video quality that you are editing, to the least lowest quality you can even think about.

One of the good experiences I had in video editing with the Movavi Video Editor software is that, apart from adding different blur and raster parts, I could receive the created videos with a relatively small volume. Even the popular program inshot presented me with a file of about 50 MB in 720 quality after editing, with a size of about 2 GB, which was really uncomfortable for me. My operating system is Windows 7 and my laptop is relatively old and does not run many programs, but this program covers many operating systems and also has a good upload speed.

Maybe it was difficult for me to cut the film and apply the effect. Maybe it's because I'm a beginner.

Inexpensive and easy to use, it's a good (and free!) choice for people wanting to make a simple & fast videos for a business or personal presentations. Thumbs up to this app!

Value for money is one of the top points on this app, it's almost inexpensive. There's some cool effects, transitions and titles only a click away from the user. I used it for simple project presentations and the export & share options are pretty reliable, and the process of rendering is really fast!

If you want to get more creative, or want to use the app in a more "pro" way it can fall short for it. Sometimes it lags and there are some bugs during edition. While there are some great effects and titles, the control for these are pretty limited.

Really simple, easy and effective software! I use on my music videos easily!

I thought I would have been able to export much larger files, it lags depending on the size of the file. Smaller files work relatively well.

Nothing as of now. I have loved all the features. However im still on the free version. so everytime i try to use any pro features, it does not allow me to save without watermark-

Powerful vide editing for your computer. Gives you lot of file choices to make. For me I do editing as a hobby. This helped me to learn a lot about it, and do make it easy for me.

Well, I miss some more choices on the templates. Would be great to get more YouTube animation integrated there

I am satisfied user of Movavi Video Editor and I would definitly recomend this programe for amatour filmmakers, who don't have enough skills to edit in more complicated apps. The setup is very 'friendly' :)

What I like the most about Movavi is how easy (comparing to other products in the market) use of that programe is. Most of the features are very intuitive and even without watching any tutorial I was capable to edit simple videos.

After installing free trial of Movavi on my computer, I was expecting a possibility to export my edit without watermark, even for only few days. I was quite confused, when I realized that I have to buy a full version to have that option. I think that many customers would be greatful, if for the term of free trial they could export their movies, without watermarks.
