It appeared to be a good product, but within several uses, it was obvious the coding is buggy… Also, the CANCELLATION feature does not work properly, as they continued to bill me after cancellation. Customer service notified me that they would fix the situation, only after attempting to illegally debit my account several times.. Bad business

The system is very buggy… you will be charged credits for videos that are not created under your specifications, I.e if you want subtitle written in the video, they will not always propagate, mispronounced words, etc…

Considero a quantidade de créditos pouquíssima na avaliação gratuita e, quanto ao único vídeo comercial que estou utilizando, não houveram retornos de clientes.
