The only thing would be that they could give more features with limited usage instead of no usage without upgrading but its a business and they have to make money.

You would have to pay for a license key for upgrade to use some features and enhancements such as Watermark removal. Gosh, I hate watermarks on my videos.

Easy to use and nicely laid out GUI. The options font are clearly visible and large enough.

Unfortunately, requires a lot of CPU from our computers,  which is why when we are converting one of our longer videos, we typically shy away from using any other program on the machine.

Moreover, when I deleted it from the computer, I encountered too many problems. And it leaves a lot of unnecessary files behind.

Freemake supports all the common and quite a bunch of less common video files, making it a really versatile tool. Translation to different resolutions works flawless.

The cost was free and compared to others like it out there, the interface was cleaner and it seemed more user friendly.

When you have.the version.free the application.places a watermark in the movie that is quite annoying, as well as. Converting the videos to any format usually takes too much time converting them.
